Wow...your parrots are so beautiful. You took very good pictures of them I really enjoyed them. Now I am thinking of making Valentino a pom pom. He likes this Mother Plucking bird toy that his breeder sent in his care package before Valentino came home. It hangs in his java tree and he plays with it every say. It is called the Beary Sticks and it is a wonderful toy.

I do not think it would be a large streach for him to like the pom pom toy either.

Thank you JMarie. No possible way are they better than yours....the scissors I used to cut the material were SO dull, so the strips are all crooked. But hey, as long as they work, right? And yes, they're having a "pom" with them, lol.

Thanks so much! Your MotherPluckingToy wouldn't last but 2 minutes with my big macs. It's a VERY lovely toy, but my guys are super destructive. Instead of the bears, I have a boatload of plastic dinosaurs, and especially Niko shreds them up in no time at all.

I bet Valentino would LOVE a pom pom. It's hilarious to watch them play with it, too.

Thank you, Alison. They are getting along a whole lot better than I had hoped for. They still have their moments,...but there hasn't been any bloodshed yet (and I will try my best to avoid that at all cost).
