As the KLM 747 began it start-up procedure, the meeting continued as the Partners would be returning via, the P.180 Avanti EVO. As is always a part of such meetings, it is the meeting after the meeting that most of the details are covers. Although there was interest in the retaliation abilities, the vast majority of the interest was the system that Mealy used to identify the individuals that had caused the death of the President’s daughter. Julio began to address that as the military staff grouped around Frederick regarding the retaliation / attack system.

Julio explained that the system as part of start-up is much like a child and until the data base is interacting with other data bases does it come into its full abilities. We provide a base set of information, then with connection with interpole and other sources of your choice, it becomes strong. The real time feature is when your national based sources are providing data as well.

While Frederick was explaining, first the lockdown feature that protects your equipment and data. Then, the targeting segment works to identify the hacker, while it spins-up the retaliation. The system will not self-select full-out destruction, that requires a Human to confirm the attacker and choose the upper levels of retaliation. Remember, one does not want the attacker to know the full extent of what your system is capable of, correct?

Priscilla stated that they need to catch a plane and was there any additional questions as she provided the commitment agreement document for signature. The President asked that all his Department Heads sign the document set and turn them over to Mealy International for all of their signatures. Priscilla gathered the documents and provided each party their set. She than stated that she had been pre-authorized in providing the covering document provided by the United States, State Department and that we look forward to receiving a like document from your Government prior to our organization being able to precede. Thank you, Mr. President and your Department Heads for today’s meeting.

One more point if you will permit me, Priscilla and your Partners. As the President turned and was provided several documents and awards. Please except, with Highest Honor, of Our Nation Recignition of Your Selfish Service to the People of Switzerland. The President and two of his Department Heads, placed ribbon and metal on the Mealy Partners. We Thank each of You. After many hugs and thank you, they all departed the hanger.

As the P.180 Avanti EVO leveled off was the first that any of them spoke! Well, my dear gentlemen I’ll lost for words on how grateful I am for each of you! We love you as well, both of her guys responded.
 
Having deplaned and dispersed his information and (alleged) intelligence, the Rickeybird stroked his manicured claws through his Patagonian pompadour before shrugging the bronze epaulets into place on his broad shoulders. He swaggered down the midway nodding to well-appointed roosters and stylish young hens. There was excitement in the air... to get a quick update on things, he brushed close to various groups of chatting and gossipping birds, eavesdropping skillfully. Amidst all the news, the name "Chile" popped up. The beautiful little lorikeet was part of a bit of recent intrigue which Rickeybird, the renowned old rascal, had really enjoyed. Chile had warmed the old rooster's steel-y bosom! WHAT? She was... gone? dead? He barely heard any following words. Only now did he realize the extent to which she had touched his heart. Chile... gone. The vibrant little hen was no more. Once in a blue moon the old rooster's soul gave way, just a bit, to such an experience. Striding alongside a midway bar, he brusquely grabbed a fifth of tequila. He made a quick call on his cell; by the time he reached the main door, a black limo screeched to a halt. He ejected the driver with a quick toss of his beak, and jumped into the driver's seat. He texted Priscilla a brief message before speeding away into the night. He knew THAT PRISCILLA WOULD KNOW that he would again be at Yellow Nape Law's service after a day or two of... renewal.
 
The Schiphol tower contacted the P.180 Avanti EVO with clearance for landing. Although the Partner’s had been stoic early-on, they were deep in discussions as the co-pilot announced they have been cleared for landing in Amsterdam and please preparing for landing. Priscilla suggested that they have dinner at one of her favorite places and as the time was still early evening, the guys agreed.

Shortly after landing, they shifted into Priscilla’s full-size SUV and the guys buckled-up quickly, after all, Priscilla had a joy for driving, quickly! Twenty minutes later they had arrived and entered the establishment. Priscilla requester her normal table and quickly sat. As they finished dinner, they elected an after-dinner drink. Moments later, Priscillas phone rang and in her normal response she answered, Well? Yes, I understand and we will see you tomorrow. Gentlemen, it seems like we will be having a smaller gathering tomorrow with only their IT and Military staff. Other matters have arisen and as a result the others cannot attend.

Frederick was the first to respond stating that we have one system underway and another that will be defined next week. Having this system slow is likely a positive. Don’t be too quick in defining this as a slowdown Frederick, when I was listening, there clearly was others in the background and they sounded ‘frantic.’ When we are back at the Hanger, would you please run a deep search into the ‘current’ happenings in the Netherlands Government, Julio? I could start it now… Priscilla cut him off, I love eating here, but the owner, I do not trust at all. I know that she monitors the WIFI and that she has a tap on her phone. Frederick suggested that they return to the Hanger as the intrigue has caught his interest!

Once in Priscilla’s office, Julio used her computer to set the search parameter in place and filtered out ‘general’ police attractivity and released it. Interpole was the first link, with staff and equipment responding to three locations. Netherlands’ police had a like number of ‘classified’ responses. Julio set another search for locations of the responding individuals and pulled the filters and released the searches. Interestingly, both groups are on-site at the same locations and there is a call for back-up support, plus a request for SWAT and their Bomb Squad – not good, Julio said. As a point of local interest, nothing at the airport, although Schiphol Security has just shifted to High Alert.

Hmmm, Priscilla contacted the FBO and requested that the Hanger lighting be shifted to over-night status and let’s lock the outer doors as well. We will shift back just prior to early morning arrival of our 747. One more point, the number of individuals for tomorrow morning’s meeting maybe about half of what we originally planned. Priscilla watch as several other Hangers also shifted to over-night status.

Priscilla’s screen filled with alerts as quickly as they could read them. Julio’s phone rang and he saw it was Deep Beak. He answered, Beak stated, we are at your west door, please let us in! Julio told the others as he left the room and recommended that Frederick opened the armory and pull 4 AR’s, and 18 magazines and Priscilla’s 45 auto with 3 magazines. He opened the door and they quickly entered, Julio locked the door behind them, as they went up the stairway. Frederick met them at the top and provided each an AR and magazines.

Deep Beak stated that clearly, they are aware that something is happening, yes? Julio answered, they are aware of three, different locations and that the Airport was on High Alert but nothing more at this point. What do you have, Julio asked? We had arrived and had obtained the rental when rental agent strongly recommend that we leave because the Airport was shutting down. We came here! Good choice, any recommendations? Frederick broke in! Gunfire at the International Departure Terminal. Beak stated, we should move to your conference room #4, yes. Julio agreed. Frederick, please bring the conference computer online and link it with Priscilla’s. They moved to conference room #4. Frederick had the desktop up and had also turned on the new installed perimeter security system. Even with the low light conditions, the view was near daylight, Julio noted the heat signature off Priscillas SUV and the mid-size SUV that Beak had arrived in.

Priscilla contacted KLM operations center and provided her contract number and aircraft number and requested that once the aircraft arrives in Frankfort that it should linger there until Schiphol returned to normal operations. One moment, your aircraft will linger until Schiphol is accepting aircraft. Thank you.
 
Frederick ran a background on the evenings events and saw the pattern develop. A Nation State cell had poorly planned a clean-up, which went badly, attacked attention and they over-reacted. Then, as things spiraled out of control, they attempted to escape by high jacking an aircraft at Schiphol international terminal. Frederick identified individuals and then affiliations. Frederick said, take a look at this folks! It seems the same Nation State that we have been tripping across has raised its ugly head here! Priscilla asked Frederick to brief this and send it our IT contact in the Netherlands’ Government! Frederick formatted the information removed the Yellow Nape references and sent it with ‘Time Sensitive, Open Upon Receipt’ subject and Priscilla as the sender.

Thursday morning, the Netherlands’ Delegation entered the Hanger’s conference room. Moments later, Priscilla opened the meeting and introduced everyone. Then with her normal grace, stated; Well, I believe that if our good friends with the Netherlands Government would like to start, I’ll sit down!

Phillip, the Netherlands’s Head of IT stood and thanked Priscilla for hosting this meeting. Our Government like near all governments work to keep current regarding security needed to protect our systems and data. The ability of Yellow Nape to provide Switzerland help in apprehending the individuals that kill their President’s daughter brought agreement within our Government that we needed to be doing far more. Hence our meeting today.

After the evens from yesterday late day and into the evening, has only lend to confirm our believe. With that stated, I wish to thank Yellow Nape for their additional help last night in confirming and documenting the incident. That and our internal review defined our combination of needs to support our Governments day to days system and identified weak points found. In addition, we need to protect our data and systems, plus security from the ever-increasing menus of Nation State, plus rouge Nation attacks. And, if possible, a means for retaliation.

Frederick started by saying, we are so very happy that Yellow Nape had been able to assistance in providing documentation of those involved. Now, as a result of the nature of our business and our clients, we have experienced attacks on our offices and our clients’ facilities Worldwide. We began developing and providing highly specific software and hardware that would first safeguard, then identify the attacker and as time passed retaliate. Today, we have the abilities of our MIYH OS GEN IV technologies both as an organization supporting server system, wide ranging security technology, the abilities to halt a software and hardware attack, while safeguarding itself, identify the attacker and using a ‘measured’ to full-on retaliation against the attacker. In addition, and separately, it can be set to attack with ‘measured’ to full-on destructive abilities with pinpoint acracy and speed.

This technology is ‘dangerous’ in its abilities and as you can see, this technology must be in the hands of individuals that have your government’s full trust, not unlike those individuals that are trained to operate weapons system of mass-destruction abilities. As a result, sales of this technology require approval of the United States Government and like documents are required from your State Department for its use.

To provide a concept of its abilities: As a result of an accidental attack on one of our facilities, this system, automatically set the safeguard system in place on our servers and then set the retaliation in place, with great luck, our system defined who the hacker was and it spooled back from limited damage of their server. This is not technology for those without specialized training and the full trust of your nation.

Much like the Switzerland delegation, the Netherlands’s delegation was dead silent for several minutes as they grasped the full abilities of Yellow Nape’s technology. Phillip was the first to speak as he stated that he was aware of some of the abilities of Yellow Nape’s technology, but not its full capabilities. This technology not only meets our current needs, but clearly provides a level of security that our Nation needs as this World becomes ever more dangerous.

Phillip stated, in speaking for our delegation, we have a need for this level of security that Yellow Nape’s system clear can provided. I believe that the open questions are: How much and how long before it is operational.

Frederick stated that this technology requires that we both define the scope of this project as it greatly effects costs and delivery. As a general statement, we prefer to link with your existing technology, acting as the guardhouse over your incoming /outgoing system connections. This commonly reduces costs and installation time.

At this point, Julio spoke-up, stating that we can begin with a document of commitment agreement today and the contracts with a full definition of the work and an ‘estimate of costs’ after an on-site visit in the near future? Phillip looked at the other members and stated that would be an agreeable point to begin.

Julio elected to determine where and what Mrs. Blackwell had been up to since his last review. Interesting, she had clearly moved from Poland across Germany, without stopping, and, well isn’t that interesting, she entered the Netherlands by train only a few hours ago. And, again without surprise, she has arrived at Embassy Role and is staying with, yet again without surprise, her friends. But why is she here? Julio checked the timelines and determined that she would be unaware of this facility as she only knew of the Law Office in the Old City Legal District. Other than the same phone number, which addressed to post office box numbers, there is no connection with the new facility. Julio ran a likelihood percentage of an attack at their old offices. The result, an 43.7 % likelihood. But why target Yellow Nape? Wait, the Government Data Storage Facility was less than a block away, she would have walked by it on several occasions. He re-ran the likelihood percentage. The result, an 98.9 % likelihood. Julio placed a call to Phillip.

Priscilla and Frederick where deep in discussion regarding the happenings of this week. Well, just the individual that we need for answers! In your humble opinion, had we been in the wrong place at the right time or the right place at the wrong time, Julio? Hmmm, if you’re speaking of the events surrounding this last week. I would say that we had been in the right place at the right time as the wonders of Frederick’s technologies had resulted in our seeing positive outcomes surrounded by hideous events and it appears that we have remarkability stayed in the shadows. The real question should be: Where the heck are we going to build these jewels and who is going to install all of them. My quick count is five modules in Phoenix, 10 to 15 modules in Switzerland and 20 to 25 modules in the Netherlands’s with estimated costs of five million per modular as a base cost not including software and installation costs. By the way Frederick, when had you planned to say something about the perimeter security system you installed here?

As a way of avoiding answering the question, Frederick asked Priscilla what Rickeybird had learned in Norway and whether we should consider his visit to Poland? Priscilla stated that his provided intelligent was strong and useful and yes, we should consider sending him that way. He should be ready by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Just an FYI, I informed him we are not picking-up the cost for anything related to the ‘transportation’ he obtained during his fun on the town tour.

Julio prepared for his trip to Washington State and Phoenix requesting documents sets sent to his laptop, including the installation reports. He also asked for an update on the Red Crowned Recherche Centre status as he reviewed his searches. His Nicola Tesla Search turned-up over five million links. Filtering the search resulted in over 15 ‘groups’ that had researched and had field searches across North America. The search on the Cockatiel gang was actionable as they had been fairly messy leaving an easy-to-follow trail including break-ins at several Museums. Julio provided information to law enforcement in those cities and the current location of the gang.

The Partners gathered for a quick meeting prior to going their separate ways. Priscilla stated that her conversation with Sara prior to Wednesday’s meeting that the virus had rebounded in several regions in Africa vastly limiting any visits of merit. As a result, I recommended that she cancel next week’s trip and that she should concentrate her efforts on preparation for the upcoming virtual Manager’ meeting. That clears you Julio to travel with Frederick to visit our two European projects. Frederick requested that they schedule next week starting in Phoenix on Tuesday then Wednesday and Thursday here in Europe. That will allow us to get real numbers for the cost of the new 747. Priscilla offered to make the arrangements for the Europe meetings. Frederick chimed in that the General was asking for a midmorning on Tuesday so we should be good with that. Julio covered the activity with Red Crowned Recherche Centre and Mrs. Blackwell’s activities.

Julio completed the TSA check in prior to his boarding the 747. A quick meeting with the pilots caught him up with the plan and fifteen minutes later they had lifted-off and began their track to Washington State. Frederick caught a transport to the International Terminal and noted some damage from the night before. At 1500 he boarded KLM’s 777 to Atlanta.

Julio placed a call to Leonard to confirm the targeted arrival time at Boeing and the transfer of cargo from the current aircraft to the new 747. They also reviewed estimated turnaround time and that there was no ceremony planned. KLM had provided him with a document set for his signature. Julio requested the documents be sent to his email. Leonard set the documents into his printer and WIFI’ed to his laptop and off to Julio. Leonard asked if he had the laptop with him and asked if he would like to have Boeings staff set it in place. Julio stated he would like to be part of that installation. Not a problem Leonard stated, I’ll set that up. Have a great flight Julio, see when you arrive.

Sara and Chen had been in the Mealy CERN’s office all morning. Sergio stopped in prior to Lunch time and asked the ladies if they would like to join him for Lunch. Being Friday, they would want to leave quickly to assure sitting. Sergio drove as he had the larger vehicle. The nearby village had a wonderful eatery. Over lunch Sara told Sergio that Frederick would be in Switzerland this coming Wednesday, but that he would be with the Switzerland government staff all day. I was told that if you had time Wednesday evening, he would love to meet with you at the Hanger. Sergio was happy to hear they could meet. The three of them reviewed the most recent data from the Mars’ project and also the issues they have confronted regarding Time Travel. The combination of precision in electrical supply and G-forces continued to present true hurdles in proceeding. His staff are currently investigating using DC as the electrical source as it trends much smoother. Upon returning to Chen’s office, they placed the meeting in a Brief and sent it to the Partners.

Rickeybird entered Priscilla’s office a bit more sheepishly than his normal Roosterish-self. You wanted to see me, Priscilla? Why, yes, I do Rickeybird! You are lucky that the local police are very good friends of mine and that they released you without charges. I have deducted the costs for your days on the town and also made a contribution in your name to the local police charity fund from you’re check! I’m certain that is acceptable to you, yes? Feeling a bit better that Priscilla had done her magic once again, he was relived and smiled. Now, Rickey, are you available for another undercover voyage? Rickeybird answered quickly, why yes! Priscilla continued, using the same methods as your last two trips, we would like you to visit Poland and again visiting Embassy Role listening for information on the same group, plus with ‘great caution’ Mrs. Black aka Mrs. Blackwell. When do I leave? This coming Tuesday morning, Ill set-up a flight for you aboard the P.180 Avanti EVO. Will 8:00 in the morning be good for you? Rickeybird was happy to still be employed by Yellow Nape after the last several days.

Frederick was in a telecom with the IT staff discussing their Installation in Phoenix and the design of the new MIYH OS server hardware. They did install the upgraded components prior to site installation and have been remotely monitory it. By the way Frederick, we couldn’t help but notice that there is all new staff at the IT Lab and they are clearly a major step-up from those that had been there the last time we had been on-site. As an FYI, the office staff there are very impressed with the speed of the system and lack of glitches since the installation and the new IT staff. Frederick asked if they found a ‘hotwire’ connected to the old server. The answer was a quick, yes. We connected it to our field laptop with the tracer software turned-on and we got a number, name and confirmed location, which per your request we provided to the General. The General stated that they had sent MPs to the location and they arrested two individuals there. He will have an information packet for Julio regarding what was found when he arrives.

In the early morning hours of Friday aboard the new 747, the new crew preparing for landing in Phoenix. The older 747 had been nearly fully loaded when it landed at Boeing, but that load only filled a bit more than 75% of this aircraft. The co-pilot announced that they had received approval for landing and to prepare for landing at Phoenix.

Priscilla issued a flash message to the Frankfort, Germany hanger and copied the other Partners that they will be receiving three aircraft currently in Northern Africa tomorrow as she is pulling them in front of developing political unrest and the Virus rebounding across those and other regions. There will also be staffing shifts from the areas the aircraft are coming from.

Julio entered the General’s office and received a hardy greeting from him! Julio, I’m so happy that you’re here. My facility staff are over the top happy with the server and there has been nothing but praise over the last 18 hours. That may seem like a short time, but from shortly after your folk’s had repaired the other server, they had nothing but problems. 20/20 tells me that our former IT staff had played with it and screwed it up within hours of your folks finishing that work. By the way, your staff had provided us with intel on that ‘hotline’ and within 30 minutes we had arrested two individuals that the last I heard are singing their fool-head’s off. Here are the documents with the most recent updates of just before your arrival.

I understand you have documents with you for this new system and Frederick stated that this system will support all of our systems, plus the cool stuff that you guys hit us with correct. The stuff we retaliated with is correct sir, did Frederick talk about costs? Yes, he provided a fairly good estimate for the project that reached into 30+ million world and that would be for five servers acting in unison and separately. He also stated that each server would need its own power supply. He did state that it included his latest servient system but was a bit vague regarding its abilities. What do you know about it Julio? Well General, I have seen it in operation and I was very impressed with not only it’s daytime, but nighttime abilities. Beyond that I became busy with what was happening at that time. The General, interrupted with, I had heard about what happened at the International Terminal, not good! Anyway, you got papers for me to sign, let’s get that out of the way as I want you to meet our new IT staff.

Sara’s phone ID showed that James was calling her. Hello James, I was planning on calling you. James broke in stating that he and his staff needed to be evacuated ASAP! Sara stated that there are no Yellow Nape aircraft anyplace near you. Is the airport secure? James stated that it is currently, but not sure for how far into the future. Okay James, I will see what we can rent. That said, you are going to be very limited as how many people, like maybe 4, your company laptops and nothing more than carryon luggage. Please destroy all Yellow Nape documents, etc. Already done Sara. We will be travel to the airport shortly. Please call as soon as you can confirm a flight. Sara call the FBO and requested a turboprop aircraft for a special flight. The flight specialist confirmed she had a King Air 250 that is in South Africa with an extended flight package that can arrive in 2:30 hours. Sara confirmed the flight number and provided her account number and James’ mobile number for the pilot to contact prior to landing. Thanks, bye, Sara said as she hung-up and called James back. James, I will text you the Aircraft flight number, flight plan number and phone number, the pilot will call you prior to landing, you got the vaccinations and have taken them, Correct! Is there fuel available, James said that he had obtained a fuel truck and its parked in our Hanger. Great, call me when your clear and leveled off. Sara quicky put together a Brief and sent it to the Partners.

Priscilla was the first back to Sara and thanked her for her fast action, I will let the guys know that we have talked and you keep on top of this. When James is in the air, as you know, get as much information as possible, bye. Priscilla texted her fellow partners that she had spoken with Sara and that she will be busy following up with James. Sara called the individual at the FBO center and confirmed that all individuals have had both vaccination shots, that they have a fuel truck onsite, our hanger is the one at the far North end of the runway and that there is no onsite terminal staff. The FBO thanked her and ended the call.

Julio arrived at the Phoenix hanger and meet with the FBO staff person and updated her on timing for their arrival next week Tuesday and asked if there had been issues servicing the new 747 and the answer back was that KLM had connected with them and provided the additional items needs and changed-out the other equipment, so that everything was new. Sir your flight is scheduled to depart in 50 minutes, is there anything that you need prior to boarding? Julio checked the time and stated that a rum and coke with a small snack would be wonderful. Julio had finished his refreshment when the FBO staffer stated they are ready for your sir. Julio preceded into the aircraft and forward into the cockpit for a quick review with the Pilots. Fifteen minutes later they had lifted-off.

When the aircraft leveled off, Julio called Frederick, he answered with a; I’m sorry Julio for keeping you in the dark about the servient system. But you saw the prototype at Priscilla’s and it was better than I had hoped. Well Frederick, you would have been pulling out my tail feathers if I did that to you! Yes, you are correct. One other thing Julio, I did read that paper regarding G-forces and I see that Sara and Sergio had spoken. Thanks for pushing me in that regard my friend. Not a problem, Frederick. Sad about James! Julio finished the paperwork regarding his Phoenix meeting. As his mind relaxed, it keeps cycling back to the Red Crowned Recherche Centre and the two vastly different searches and their results. The Cockatiel gang are the victims of their own poor planning, and he will keep a warily eye on them. But the Tesla search still represented a serious challenge. The numerous well-funded studies and field searches have turned-up tantalizing structures like; foundations, tunnels, even several buildings of interest, which suggested testing of amazing concepts, but the searches continued to crash upon walls of silence with hints of extensive documents supporting such work. But where are they, and if in government hands, why after all these years had they not been acted upon? The vast efforts of the Cold War should have seen the development of such technologies and/or weapons. But nothing! Could they have been lost to history resulting from a fiery crash or sinking, or possibly an individual that hid them away and shortly afterwards, died? From, what we know, those who built for Tesla had done so from well-developed drawings and directions. Julio pondered search formats, but nothing different or unique came to mind. Julio allowed the subject to rest in his sub-couscous.

As the 747 prepared for landing at Atlanta, the pilot requested Julio to come forward. We through you would like to see this baby land. Julio thanked them and sat in the jump seat and buckled-up. The large new tech glass cockpit was a colorful and informative replacement for the walls of instruments of the older aircraft. Julio has spent much of his adult life in aircraft, but this was his first time upfront in a large aircraft! That odd feeling of slow motion was as apparent upfront as further back in the aircraft. As the aircraft followed its approach everything sped-up. It was a joy to behold and Julio was thankful that they had invited him to witness this.

The King Air 250 was a bit more than a half an hour from landing when the pilot call James. James provided an update on the weather conditions and stated that as the aircraft touched down, he would pull the fuel truck out of the hanger. The aircraft landed without notice and pulled alongside the hanger and powered down. James pulled the fuel truck along the starboard side of the aircraft and prepared to fuel the aircraft. Twenty minutes later James backed the fuel truck into the hanger and closed the door. He joined the others already in the aircraft and signaled the pilot they where ready. Ten minutes later, they had lifted-off and climbed out and away from the airport.

Once the aircraft had leveled off, James call the fuel supply company and provided the amount of fuel used and that the truck was parked in the hanger with the doors closed, but not locked. They thanked him and stated they would retrieve the truck within the hour and lock the hanger behind them. As the fuel truck turned onto the highway and came to speed, the driver noted three military vehicles coming his way and turned into the main entrance for the airport in front of him. Sara answered James’ call and listened as he told her they have left without notice. Sara asked about the events leading up to today. She was hearing the story that has been and is occurring across the majority of Africa as the virus destabilizes government after government. Sara had told James that she had switch the phones ‘call-forward’ to the South Africa’s facility and obtained work visas for them. James thanked her.

Everyone in the Hanger could not only hear but feel the arrival of the 747. Shortly after the aircraft has shutdown, the fuel truck and cargo handlers arrived. They quickly removed two containers and loaded several more near filling the aircraft. Most everyone took at least a few minutes to view the new aircraft. The IT staff surrounded the container carrying the Server from the Phoenix facility and in short order had removed it and had it on its way up to their lab. After thanking the crew, Julio exited the aircraft and made his way up to his office. As he entered, he found Frederick waiting for him. He had a bottle of Julio’s favorite rum in his hand! He stated, I hope this helps buy me a bit of grace, good friend! Julio smiled widely as he said, it clearly helps Frederick, it clearly does help!
 
The IT Lab techs elected not to touch the server until Frederick had the chance to view it and determine if they need to document the testing and disassembly as it could be seen as evident of a crime. Frederick walked around the server and photographed it. He noted that the cover had been removed as their seals had been broken. Frederick checked the electrical status of the server to determine if any battery-operated device had been added. The test indicated the likelihood of such a circuit /device. Frederick called the General and asked if the individuals they had picked-up said anything about a boobytrap or like placed in the server. The General said no, but he would contact the facility and have them ask the prisoners. Frederick elected to ask the General if the military had bomb specialists in the Atlanta area? The General stated that they do and he knows the commander personally. I’ll give him your number, bye. Five short minutes later Fredericks phone rang, The Captain introduced himself and asked for his location and stated they would be there in twenty minutes.

Julio noted the ID on his phone, it was Carlos, Julio’s older brother. Hello big brother, long time, what’s happening? Well, I’m in Punta Arenas, Chile, which if you recall is in the Strait of Magellan. Julio smiled as he said, that is just about as far away from mom you can get. What are you doing there? I’m here having new pod drives installed on the ship. We are between grants and the owner’s elected to upgrade the beast. Should be here another three weeks, then we will travel up the coast of Chile where we will pick-up the next set of science nerds and their college kids. There’s not much happening here. The self-propelled barge next to us is having engine work completed, seems they had been pushing it hard keep-up with the demands of the Tesla construction work they are supporting on one of the islands on the South side of the Strait. The other ship rammed the rocks near that island and they are repairing that damage. Wait, you said Tesla construction? What, they’re building cars down there? No, Tesla like that old dead guy that did all that stuff with electricity. Hey, I need you to look over the contract they want me to sign, I have it in on my laptop, can I send it to you?

Priscilla saw that Anna was calling her, Well? Line 1 for you Priscilla, it’s Mr. Grey from Parrot AP. Thank you Anna. Well? Hi Priscilla. Well, my friend, I have nothing new regarding the fire. Yes, I guessed that and thank you for the exclusive. I keep my promises. Yes, you do! I’m calling regarding the events in downtown Amsterdam, in old town, near your offices, yesterday afternoon. Not much coming from local police sources and I guess that since it was so close to your office, you may have some insight. Well, it was a real street fight between the police and some semi-pros from what I heard, cannot confirm that. I’m sure you know that two police officers lost their lives and five of the shoots lost theirs as well. You know anything about the female that was killed? I had heard that she was likely a tourist, Priscilla said. And please do not use us as anything more than an unidentified source! Not a problem Priscilla. Bye. Priscilla texted her guys on the Parrot AP interview.

The FBO called Frederick stating that the military folks are here Sir. I’ll be right down, thank you. When Frederick opened the stairway door, he was met by a Sargent and two others. Where is you server, sir. We moved it over there as Frederick pointed to the far side of the Hanger. Frederick’s phone showed that the General was calling back. He answered and stated the specialist are here and I’m guess what you have what they need, correct? That’s correct Frederick. Frederick handed his phone to the Sargent. After several minutes he hung-up and returned Frederick’s phone. Good news sir, there is a bypass to the device so that the IT staff could work on it. Twenty minutes later they left with the device. Two hours later they completed their review of the server and provided a brief for the General and wished his staff a good weekend.

Julio completed his review of the contract and sent the original, a copy with the changes highlighted and a clean copy of the contract that he had made changes to for signing and added, call when you get a chance. Carlos read over the version his brother had noted the changes to and made two copies of the changed contract Julio provided and signed it with a blue ink pen.
 
The FBO staffer call Julio and stated that the King Air 350 is ready, sir. He leaned in and said that he would see Frederick Monday morning, bye. The 350 lifted out and headed North by Northwest. His phone rang and it was Carlos thanking him for the quick turn around on the contract. The Marina here wants to use it in place of their current, any problem with than, Julio. If it buys you a few favors while you’re there, not a problem. But I have a favor to ask, Carlos. Ask away brother. I have a client that is a Tesla nut any chance you can hang-out in the local gathering place and pick-up on odds and ends. Not looking for intel, just listen to local gossip. Not a problem Julio! Later. Julio elected to run another Tesla search, but this time add only ‘Punta Arenas’ to keep the search low key.

The King Air 250 pulled up in front of the South Africa Mealy International hanger. As it shut-down the FBO staff blocked the wheels and opened the hatch for James and his staff to exit. A minute later the fuel truck arrived and topped the fuel tanks. James and staff where guided inside where the Mealy Hanger Manager waited for them. Once in the conference room, she closed the door and welcomed them. She provided new identification papers with their work visas, and Mealy business cards, in which she added that because of the general unrest, it would be best not to discuss that you are a recent arrival. We will be shopping with you to lessen your exposure. She provided them with several forms to complete and stated that she would be back after meeting with the pilot. The pilot reported that it was a very clean pick-up and the facility had no one that he saw and with the exception of the staff’s vehicle, which they parked in the hanger, there was no other vehicles evident. She thanked him and signed his flight form. The pilot asked if Mealy had any King Air 350’s available for sale? The Manager stated that she would check when she speaks to headquarters next, as she noted his request.

Frederick re-read Dr. Saltinus Amazonas paper. His amazement continued regarding the simple solution to the effects of G-forces. He developed an open search and also a Patent search and was shocked to find both failed to produce any results. He found an email address and develop a proposal regarding first filing a Patent to protect the technology and an offer to represent the technology to the clients of Yellow Nape Law, International and Mealy international. After sending, he quickly provided a brief for his other Partners.

Early Monday morning, Julio was headed South, South-easterly, near completing another uneventful flight, as he reviewed the projects he had completed over the weekend. He then turned his attention to Priscilla’s communications this morning. In addition to the aircraft that she had moved last week, she had included staff members as part of those flights. Great cost saver, Julio mused. Julio quickly reviewed the abilities of the staff and found that eight had experience with electrical assemblies. He texted both Priscilla and Frederick that this should be confirmed as it may solve our assembly of at least the European deliveries. His phone rang, it was his Brother.
 
As each of the three Yellow Nape German hangers accepted their inbound flight from Northern Africa, Priscilla requested a detail interview with each staff members on those flights regarding not only their position as part of Mealy International /Yellow Nape, but other abilities that could be of advantage for the organization’s future growth. Understanding that each location, Frankfurt, Hamburg and München client base contributes heavily as part of our two huge project and our want to continue such business opportunities into the future. Having inhouse staff with electronics and other skills will be helpful.

As Julio entered his office, he found Frederick waiting for him. I hope you had a restful weekend my friend. Thank-you for the signed document set for Phoenix project. I have spoken with finance and they tell me that we can begin buying components ASAP. As an FYI, your idea to use Staff from the North Africa hangers truly helps with those projects. I have received calls from both Governments and provided estimated costs around the system numbers you had put together and Switzerland is fully onboard with the Netherlands asking about stepping into the project. I defined a stepped approach, which would start with a system the size of Switzerland and adding later. I did tell them that would add to the overall project costs. But we have all three projects confirmed, with two waiting signed contracts.

One of James’ staff was not happy about being limited in his movements from the Hanger area. James spoke to him, but he continual to become ever more agitated. James motioned to the Hanger Manager that a problem was developing. The Manager contacted security, they quickly arrived and James suggested he be arrested as whatever the issue, it was far more than the stress of the moment. Seconds later, a shot rang-out as James felt the searing heat, than pain from a bullet as it past though his left shoulder area as it twisted him around pushing him off his feet nearly into the hanger manager. Security physically took the shooter to the floor and handcuffed him taking his revolver.

In frisking him, they found his phone, a folding knife of size and a small notebook. Security handed the phone and notebook to the hanger manager. She quickly searched the notebook, finding contact numbers with names, and actions to be completed? She called Priscilla and provided her the findings. An emergence vehicle arrived, stabilized James and quickly took him to hospital with a representative of the hanger. The hanger manager took the phone and notebook into her office and made copies and digital document set of the information existing on each and sent the files to Priscilla. She than provided them to security. National police arrived and arrested the individual. Priscilla entered the documents into several searches and began the search while linking her Partners to the search results.

Earlier that Monday morning, the King Air 350 lifted off with Deep Beak and crew to begin their week completing software updates and hardware inspection starting in Southern Italy and working their way North over the week ahead. On Saturday, they had received a more recent software package from Frederick. By mid-day, it was clear that the installations are going smoothly. With both installations this morning, only one required an upgrade of the chassis ground cable. Beak smiled as it felt great that the project has stated so very well.

Late morning, Frederick and Julio met regarding their up-coming travels this week. Frederick stated that he had not heard back from either Dr. Saltinus Amazonas or his representative. As a result, their meeting with Sergio will need to be in generalities regarding ‘Time Travel.’ Julio stated that he is not comfortable with the technology as there are two very different beliefs regarding such travel. One stated that because of the massiveness of History, changing it becomes either impossible or very near impossible. The other is that changing History results in vastly different outcomes that is likely even worst then the way History had first unraveled. Interesting hypothesis Julio, I honestly have not considered the ramifications either way. With a smile, Julio suggested his favorite drink while contemplating the subject.
 
Very early Tuesday morning Frederick and Julio boarded the King Air 350 for their flight to Phoenix. Take-off was on-time. They reviewed the document sets for today. As they near the finish of the review, Julio asked if the inspection of the server provided any insight into what they had done to it and why? Frederick smiled widely Julio was such a joy to work with as his mind was always searching out the edge. Great question, first they had made numerous changes to the hardware and yes muddled with the software. It was clear that they had been working at the direction of others, either following direction poorly or not understanding what they had been asked to accomplish. Julio interjected, but who and why, comes to mind. Any answers? Not sure regarding who, but the why, based on what I found implies they had been targeting Phoenix project vendor’s only. The who could be seen in either internal strife or external attacks on the project private funding, government funding, competitive programs(?) or attempting to slow the project. In reviewing the interrogation of the two ‘outsiders,’ a discernable conclusion was not evident. Julio entered a search using Frederick’s and the interrogation’s findings.

Julio reviewed Priscilla’s searches of the shooting in South Africa and was taken back by the background of that individual, didn’t James’ background this guy at all? What about the third member of his team and James himself. Not determined killers, but clearly neither of them is friends of Yellow Nape. Julio packaged the search with the recommendation of turning all of them over to the South Africa police. James’ had clearly been flipped by at least one if not more gangs with intent to cause damage to Yellow Nape. Recommend that Mealy Manager confiscate all belongings for review and deeper investigation of the trio and have the third member held for questioning.

Priscilla called the Mealy hanger manager and reviewed the recent findings and what steps she needs to quickly complete. She asked what charges Priscilla would suggest to security or the national police? Priscilla ponders that for a moment, Terrorism! I would suggest that you line up the path of the bullet and see if you can determine who the shot was intended for. The manager had her staff confine the third member and collect all they had brought with them and had it locked in her office. Priscilla said that she was so very sorry that this had happened in your hanger! The manager paused for a long moment to a point that Priscilla asked if she was alright. She said it was her, the shooter had her in his sights. Priscilla asked if she knew the charter boat skipper from a couple of years ago. You may want to call him and ask how fishing has been? Ask the pilot to call me regarding a plane. Bye. Priscilla then called a very old friend in Grey Town.

Frederick and Julio arrived at the Phoenix project offices just before 10:00 hours and entered the building. The General welcomed them and led them his office. Julio, I would guess that you have the project paperwork, yes? That is correct. The General pick-up his phone and called Arthur to his office. Frederick, you haven’t met Arthur, he now heads our IT group and he will be signing along with me today. Arthur entered the room as the General completed introductions. Arthur approached Frederick. My staff and I have been using your technology for near five days and it is amazing. I read your proposal and understand that what we have is based on your new MIYH OS GEN IV technology, which I’m guessing is a full measure above it. Is that correct? No, its near four levels Frederick stated. Arthur looked at the General. The General responded, I’ve known Frederick for most all of my career and have never had him over promise on anything. Julio, the documents, please?

The 747 had arrived at the Phoenix hanger and had been unloaded then it’s containers loaded on trucks to the project. Once areas had been unloaded those areas were than loaded with product headed for CERN’s projects. While that work continued, the fuel trucks arrived and fueled the aircraft. Then the services truck. Followed by the replacement crew. As 14:00 hours neared Frederick and Julio arrived, entered the hunger and then guided to the waiting aircraft, up the portable stairway and into the front section of the aircraft. At 14:00 hours, the 747 began its take-off roll as speed continued to build and reached rotation, a slight pullback and the nose rose as the 747 lifted into the sky. The large craft settled on is wings allowing the landing gear to be retracked, the sound level lowered and the ground fell away under it as it reached ever higher into the sky. The pilots entered the course and allowed the aircraft to settle into its route to Altana.
 
Early-evening Tuesday Frederick and Julio boarded the 747. The aircraft cargo bays’ had been filled including the areas normally used for passengers. The aircraft was full, but still under its weight restriction. As is common, shortly after liftoff, they began by reviewing the meetings with the two Governments. The brief indicated in Switzerland, the same individuals that attended the prior meeting will be part of this meeting. The Thursday meeting would have not only the original group, but all those that had missed the first meeting, which likely meant that the second meeting would include the majority of what was covered before. Julio would be repeating last week’s 747 flight as that aircraft would be retired and its new replacement provided. Frederick provided the special laptop for installation in the new 747.

Priscilla had elected to run full backgrounds on all the staff from North Africa and happily found nothing. They did provide support for the abilities they had listed in the documents requested. Her phone rang, she didn’t recognize the caller ID. It was the pilot from South Africa as he introduced himself, Priscilla recognized his voice as he had purchased the King Air 250 with the Blackhawk upgrade from them over three years ago. Priscilla stated, we have a 350i with the Blackhawk upgrade, extended range, glass cockpit upgrade with a full suite of electronics. We are not running as deeply into Africa as often now adays. Currently, the aircraft is at our Frankfort Germany hanger. They quickly came to a price and he stated that he would obtain tickets and fly-up to see the aircraft this week. Priscilla provided him Anna’s direct number. She then emailed the hanger manager that there is an interested party in the 350i. The hanger manager had his staff begin to detail the aircraft.

Earlier that morning, Rickeybird had been flown to Poland onboard one of the P.180 Avanti EVO’s. He arrived at the FBO hanger and was provided a mid-size SUV, directions to the accommodations near the center of Embassy role. Priscilla has provided him a listed of establishments in that area. Rickeybird had completed his own investigation of where the ‘workers’ went afterhours, ‘his’ folks. When he boarded and was provided an updated brief that noted the death of Mrs. Black (aka Blackwell) in the shoot-out near the downtown main railway station in addition to activities in Poland over the past several weeks.

Sara’s schedule had her ending training of Chen this week and flying with the Partners to Amsterdam Wednesday night after the meeting with Sergio. She had read the reports from South Africa and was shocked that James had hired such individuals and that a gang or gangs had convinced him to betray Yellow Nape! It just didn’t make any sense to her. She pulled all her visit reports, telephone and correspondence with James and read them with detail looking for a transition, an indication, something! As she shifted though, she spotted an event that was likely the trigger, the death of his wife. She recalled that his wife had always been at every manager meeting and the Christmas gathering. After her death, the quality of his work fell preciously. She than looked at his client base prior to and after her death, she saw a shift, and then an over whelming shift to a single group. Sara placed her research in a brief and sent it to the Partners. She began preparing to return to Amsterdam.

This time, Priscilla assured that she arrived well ahead of her fellow Partners as the P.180 Avanti EVO arrived a full hour ahead of them at the Switzerland hanger. She met with the hanger manager and the FBO manager regarding the morning activities and placement of the aircraft. She was happy with the preparation of the hanger and refreshments. Fifteen minutes prior to the arrival of the 747, the Switzerland delegation began arriving. Shortly afterwards, she could hear the arrival of the aircraft. As before, it provided an excellent presentation.

Unknown to the Mealy Partners, the Swiss Government had become flush with cash as a specific Country had provided reprisal funds to continual its existence on Embassy role. Their goal today was to vastly expand the use of Mealy technology to assure that their Country will never be caught or used in such a manor, targeting a major expansion in surveillance capabilities. To the Northwest another Country had experienced a like flush of cash from the same source. This week has the potential of forcing a massive expansion of a small multinational corporation and a like massive effort to remain out of the limelight.

After the short meet and greet, Priscilla began the meeting with her standard fair by welcoming the delegation and turning the meeting over to them. The President began his brief statement, which had the Mealy members shocked by the vast increase in the project and their interest in beginning the project ASAP. He then turned the meeting over to Frederick. Frederick thanked them for their trust in Mealy International and for their wise choice to move ahead of those who wished to harm their people and government. They then separated into three groups to define the Financial, Contractual and System aspects of the project. As 12:00 hours arrived, they finished-up the individual discussions and merged to complete the Contractual and Financial aspect. Then onto the signing. The final definition of the system was very close to the overall size of the system proposed to the Netherlands’. As Frederick looked over the final description, he mused that it would most likely bring Interpole Central to Switzerland. As the group sampled the refreshments, there was an overall satisfactions with the projects definition.

By 13:30 hours the Delegation had left and the Partners meet in conference room and considered the enormity of the project they just agreed. The move to use staff now in Germany for assembly of this project now appears brilliant as does the modularity of the hardware. Plus, Phoenix server is in fact running the MIYN OS GEN IV software, which allows field testing of the OS software, all-be-it, operated by a smaller duo-core processor, plus the upgrades that Deep Beak and his team are installing now will test the software’s data collect /reporting segments and the enhancement to the OS, which results in more efficient processing. All five server units are designed, boards and compounds are on order in Atlanta. Our IT staff are documenting their assembly work and that will all be available for our German hangers next week. It is likely, we will have each IT member visit each hanger to assure assembly quality and consistency. Priscilla asked does that mean we are ahead of schedule. No, Frederick stated, we have to configure them and test run them for a minimum of four weeks. Then we can talk about installation. At this moment I would say that we are ‘on-schedule’ with the Phoenix project as we have just started, as a large grin expanded across his face. The FBO staff reset the refreshment table and assured all was fresh for this smaller gathering.

Frederick noted the time and stated that Sergio should be arriving shortly and we should review prior to his arrival. As Julio and I had review on the flight over, I still have not been contacted by the good doctor or a representative. I believe that I am safe by providing a concept, but not going into the technology itself. He handed the paper to Priscilla for her to read, while he turned to Julio. Any information electronically? Julio stated that Chen’s office seems to have become a ‘safe zone’ since the loss of Nat. Priscilla looked up and stated that as long as you stay clear of the calculations /formulations and this section on how the technology in fact reduces G-forces, you should be safe. If you believe this will work, you need to contact them directly and quickly.

Has anyone been able to grasp the vast demands on electricity and the quality of that electricity Priscilla asked? From the reports I have seen from the facility and yourself Frederick, it would appear that this technology would require its own electrical generation facility and clearly the clean energy stuff fails to assure the constant supply once this thing is energized. Frederick stated that they are planning on using the CERN’s electrical source. The FBO manager stepped in and said that Sergio is here should I bring him in? By all means Priscilla stated.
 
Sergio entered the conference room, he and Frederick met like lifelong friends. They pulled around the table and Sergio provided an update on the project and the great work that they have completed since Frederick’s presentation to his staff. His discussion flowed into the difficulties faced with maintaining a Vortex, let alone the Portal (entrance) and the near over-whelming area needed for Space and Time (Vortex). Priscilla asked if the CERN’s electrical generation facility was sufficient to support the demands, plus assure its stability over the duration you need to hold the Vortex stable? Sergio blinked, was this Mealy group all geniuses’, he asked himself. We’re hoping it will, we haven’t been able to define the total demand as of yet. Priscilla than asked if they have considered a Tesla Collector? That had all the guys in the room dumfounded. Clearly you remember, Frederick, that physics course we had at university and the professor that went on and on about Tesla and his “Free Energy Generator” or more accurate to say, “Free Energy Collector”? Priscilla, the only reason I succeeded in that course was because of you my dear.

Julio nearly gagged! Are you all right Julio, Priscilla asked? A “Tesla Collector” is that something that one would want to build away from other structures, Julio asked? I would guess so, Julio, why would you ask? Because that sounds much like what my brother Carlos was talking about. Sergio broke in, asking where was someone building a Tesla Collector? Julio defined what he had said, it sounded like such a thing, Sergio, not that it was. Afterall, my physics professor was crazed about string theory. I do not recall that he even spoke of Tesla, Julio added in hopes of changing the subject.

Frederick sensing Julio’s need to change the subject, interjected that the Phoenix (Mars) project appears to be progressing rapidly and the data indicates success with several tests. Sergio never caught the sidestep and rolled into a review of that program. Yes, Frederick, we are seeing great success with the Mars project and the most recent program review finds us nearly a month ahead on build schedule and thank you for the delivery today, we had been down to a single container prior to the aircraft’s arrival. Frederick looked at Julio and asked about the volume increase ability we are about to see. An honest 20% and near 30% if we limit the passenger zone, like we did today. But just having capacity means nothing if there is little to nothing to carry! The builders’ are likewise building ahead of schedule, but they are now building just as the drawings are arriving. They are quickly running out of things to build, which brings us back to development work here and in Phoenix. Sergio, what is needed to enhance the development work? Sergio looked at Frederick as he summed it into two words: Processor Speed! Frederick looked at Sergio and stated, I think I can help with that! Frederick turned to Priscilla and asked when her field crew could install our OS here? She stepped away and place a call, thanked the individual and turned back to Frederick; will this week Friday work? Sergio provided Priscilla with a project number to charge against.

The hanger manager approached Priscilla and stated they are approaching depart time. Priscilla thanked her and announced to her partners that they needed to conclude the meeting. Sergio thanked everyone for the insightful meeting and continued growth of the CERN’s project. Sergio and Priscilla hugged as did Frederick and Sergio. Sergio stated what a pleasure it was to meet Julio and that he looked forward to their future meetings. Shortly after they had finished, Sara arrived. Sergio said his farewells to Sara and that he is missing her already. The FBO staff quickly cleared the meeting area and the hanger manager let them know that their aircraft has been set in front of the hanger and is ready for them. At 16:30 they boarded the P.180 Avanti EVO.

Once comfortable in the aircraft, Sara started her update on South Africa and her findings. She also stated that the South Africa hanger manager had passed along that the charter boat skipper had stated that fishing had been great and he could easily set Mealy into his schedule. Julio was startled by the statement and in total silence went into ‘full-on’ Amazon Body Language Discussion regarding use of the charter boat skipper, especially at this critical turning point in the organization! The three continued to pass their statements regarding this moment-in-time and the happenings in South Africa. All the while, Sara continued her discussion totally obvious to the whirlwind discussion going-on a mire meter from her. The only outward sign was when Frederick opened his wings over both Priscilla and Julio as if he was stretching. The Partners settled quickly and came to an understanding that there had just been a major change in the business model the organization will forevermore be using.

Julio emailed Priscilla, and Frederick regarding the great idea of a fun fishing trip for the longtime ‘Mealy Staff’ in South Africa and recommended allowing the South Africa police to handle the two staffers and that we should interview James to gain greater knowledge as to what had happened. Moments later, they all smiled deeply. Priscilla emailed the plan to the hanger manager and copied her Partners and Sara. All while, Sara continued on.
 
As the pilots received clearance to land and began preparing the aircraft, the co-pilot announced, ‘prepare for landing.’ Moments later the port engine gauges display a large drop in oil pressure, followed by engine malfunction lights, alarms and voice warnings. The crew quickly shifted to single engine landing procedures and announced to the tower that they had lost port engine power and required emergency landing protocols. With lights on, flaps down, landing gear down and starboard engine power increased the aircraft adjusted to the changing adjustments. The crew followed well-practiced procedures and the aircraft landed without further issue. The hanger staff lined the front of the hanger as the aircraft was positioned in front and shut down the starboard engine. Staff quickly opened the aircraft while hanger mechanics quickly opened the port engine covers. The pilots waited for the passengers to exist with each thanking them on the way out. Priscilla walked around the back of the aircraft and called out to Ronald, what happened to my baby, Ronald? Not sure yet Priscilla, I will let you know as soon as I do. Priscilla thanked him. Hanger staff set a cart in place and began removing Sara’s things.

Priscilla came up long side her and said, you likely need to be on your way, great report on South Africa Sara, thank you. Sara and one of the Hanger staff made way to her mid-size SUV. Priscilla asked her Partners if anyone was open to dinner. Moments later they entered her full-size SUV and the guys quickly buckled in! Different place tonight guys, someplace where Julio can safely connect, good with everyone? Moments later they were headed North and fifteen minutes later they parked and everyone exited the SUV. The staff had the door open and greeted Priscilla by name and sat them at her favorite table. Drink order placed and they began what would be a very long discussion.

The morning came early in Northern Italy with four installations schedule today and then to the airport to meet the King Air 350i for the trip to Switzerland. Beak was happy with the continued success of the installation and his comfort that the hardware in all locations have been well cared for by the users. Between installations, they enjoyed the back roads of Northern Italy and of course the food and wine!

The Partners gathered for a traditional European morning meal. As they enjoyed the self-selected meal, Priscilla read Ronald’s findings regarding the engine failure. Good news, the electronics had shut the engine down prior to suffering any damage. It appears that the torque on an oil line fitting had been less than required. The fitting nut had backed-off with each heat cycle resulting in the serious leak. Recommended measures: Inspect torque standards for each engine fitting after a determined number of heat cycles. Will be contacting manufacture today. NOTE: Location of fitting would place into question purposely tampering with the fitting, as it is difficult to access without special tools and extended time. She passed the report to her Partners.
 
Just prior to 8:30 hours, the security staff began arriving, Frederick provided them access to the surveillance system and the prior 7 days, at 10:00 hours, the Netherlands’s delegation began arriving at the Hanger. As they arrived the informal meet and greet began. By 10:15 everyone was in attendance. Shortly afterwards, the individual reviewing the surveillance system requested the Department Head of Homeland Security to view Frederick’s system, within minutes most of the delegation had gathered around it. Frederick was asked to answer questions regarding the system and the facial recognition capabilities as the system was assigning names to individuals within minutes after they appeared within the camera’s range.

At 10:40, Priscilla asked if everyone could gather for the beginning of the meeting. She began with introductions and then asked the Netherlands’s President to begin. I would like to thank you for inviting us and thank you for your understanding regarding last week’s meeting and during and after that meeting your organizations support in identifying individuals and providing intel that helped keep us at and ahead of the events as they unfolded. It is that very technology and much more that have our interest in being here today. Frederick, I wish to thank you for providing my staff with a stepped installation over several years. Events have since changed and we have elected to accelerate the schedule, and the magnitude of the program. Discussions with my Department Heads have us considering a delivered system of 30 to 35 modules. And, with the discussion just before the start of today’s meeting possible larger as it will need to include your surveillance system.

The Partners where totally caught-off guard. They had prepared themselves for a downsized system with an installation timeline over several years. They elected to follow the format used yesterday to break into three smaller groups. Frederick stood and thanked the President and his delegation for their trust in the Yellow Nape technologies and their interest in its abilities to not just keep-up, but step ahead of dangerous Nation States and Rouge Nations. For the sake of time and to cover everyone questions, we would like to form three smaller groups to cover Contractual, Financial and Technical scope of the project. Julio will head Contractual with Priscilla heading Financial and myself with the technical scope of the project. The FBO staff quickly reconfigured the Hanger to allow sitting and space between the groups. The groups formed quickly, and as always, there was a continual movement between groups as the scope of the project began to firm and turn into support systems, which defined the number of modules (units) needed to be set in groups of five. Once the scope of the project had been defined the number of 30 modules or 6 groups of five modules with a 7th group as a back-up depending on whether they find issues with their existing data systems.

At 12:45, the FBO staff began setting out the refreshment tables. Individuals would make their way to the tables and then join back in one of the other groups. At 13:30 they had developed the scope, then the Finances and then the Contractual elements. Individual gathering occurred as is common, but everyone had a comfort with the overall project. By 14:00 hours individuals had begun leaving as other commitments demanded. The President gathered the Partners and thanked them for allowing this very open method of defining this larger project that under more restricted formats would have taken months.

Once they had all left the Partners met and elected to speak tomorrow as part of a conference call once everyone had gotten their collective heads around the meeting. Thank goodness, Anna had volunteer to take notes!!! Priscilla turned to Julio and asked if he would fly to South Africa tonight and clean-up the mess that I had made and get into James’ head. If I went, well as you saw, I was well on my way to making that mess even larger. Thank you, dear friend, at which point she hugged Julio with the strength of a dear friend. Frederick, you will need to travel on the 747 to Washington State and exchange it with the new one. This will give you a vast amount of time to do what only you can do – make sense of this week and define a path forward. Thank you, dear friend, as she hugged him. Julio past the special 747 laptop back to Frederick, with a warning, mind the overhead!

Ronald appeared in the door of the conference room and asked Priscilla if she had a moment. In Priscilla style, she started the discussion with Well? Ronald stated he had back searched all work completed on the P.180 Avanti EVO and found that a specific mechanic had worked on that connection and he had traced his work on other aircraft finding a list of errors made. He had left the organization 18 months ago and Ronald had sent out an inspection log on every aircraft he worked on and what work he had performed. In the last seven hours, we have found three like problems. The King Air 350i in Frankford had six items that he had worked on and I have instructed them to target that aircraft first as I understand that the likely new owner will be inspecting it tomorrow. I will provide you a full report when we are ahead of this. Priscilla thanked him.
 
At 8:10 hours, the King Air 350 landed and taxied to the Mealy Switzerland hanger, the hanger manager met them at the door and asked if they had a morning meal? They stated that the aircraft had included a meal and it was excellent. She provided the keys to the mid-sized SUV, directions, contact name and number for the CERN’s facility. She also provided a brief provided by Frederick and several mid-size boxes and special tools. Beak thanked her and they loaded the SUV and then read the brief. So, we need to upgrade the processor on this server, plus several other components. Also, a major improvement in the chassis ground. Hmmm, looks like one of us will need to keep the staff busy elsewhere while we are preforming the work. Seems like Frederick has solved that one as well, looks like a breaker upgrade is required as well. Nothing like an open power panel to scare-off the techs!

As Beak sat in front of the fully open server, he removed the single-core processor and set the lift platform for the quad-core processor, next the additional components that support the new quad-core processor and enhance its overall performance, 30 minutes later he had cleaned the interior of the server, changed the filters and set the server cover in place with the WIFI unit set on the bottom board. He then checked the connections looking for ‘hotwire’ connections. He found 3, of which 2 checked-out as organization use, but one was clearly an external tap! He plugged it into his laptop with the tracer software on. Within three minutes, he had the phone number, an address and name. He called a number provided by Frederick and provided the information. He clipped the wire as far back from the server as he could go. He then set the security seals in place and requested that the power be turned-on. He then started the server and began running the testing programs.

While the server was busy running the test programs, he went to Chen’s office and updated the laptop he had installed, the router and her laptop. Upon returning to the server, he began loading the new OS package. Once loaded, he ran another system test and processor test. First reading was 84%. He opened his laptop and plugged into the server and reset several parameters and ran the test again with a reading of 92%. Another couple of adjustments and the new test showed 96%. Acceptable for an older server unit. His partners had succeeded in keeping the staff far away from his work and upgraded the breaker to a fast action style. He emailed Julio and Frederick regarding the performance obtained and the ‘hotwire’. Prior to leaving he placed the new placards on the server cover.

On the way out, they stopped by Chen’s office and Beak asked her to download the data base she collected each day on the Mars’ project. When she selected ‘download’, he clicked the stopwatch, when it completed two minutes later, she was shocked. That commonly takes fifteen to eighteen minutes! Beak smiled and thanked her and said bye. They followed the same path out as they came in. At the last check point, the guard stated the boss wanted to see them. Deep Beak checked his watch and stated we have a plane to catch. Not a problem Sergio stated as he came up from the side. I’m getting reports from many of the users stating that the server is working very well. I have another server I would like you to look at. Beak said he was very sorry, but his group only handles installs and have neither the tools nor equipment to evaluate his server, I know that is not what you wanted to hear, but it’s the truth sir. Sergio’s quick evaluation of Beak was that he didn’t play word games. Well, thank you for your work today as it is clearly excellent, Sergio said as he turned and moved away. At the SUV, Beak’s team began to question him, he stopped them, reminding them of the ‘strict rules’ they had been given regarding this installation!

As Frederick’s and Julio’s long flights to very different places played out across great distances, they completed the projects that came from this week’s work. Although both had excellent seating, sleep avoided their busy minds. Upon completion, they assembled briefs and sent them to the fellow Partners. Sleep rolled in over them as the jets continued their separate tracks across the sky.
 
Frederick’s Friday was a near repeat of Julio’s only a week later. That said, Julio’s Friday was proceeding very differently. He found the terminal bus and requested the Mealy Hanger. When he opened the hanger door, memories of near three years ago flowed warmly in his mind. Her voice softly shocked him into the here and now. Mary stated longtime ‘dear friend,’ as her smile lite-up her face. The hug felt warm, enjoyable and welcoming. Too long dear friend, far too long, Julio said. Their conversion continued as they cross the hanger and entered her office. Mary stated that she was so very happy when she heard that Priscilla was sending him. Julio looked closely at her and asked, are you coming to grip with the knowledge that the shooter had targeted you? She fell into his wings and absorbed his comfort as she had barely slept since that day. Can you take me back to that day and the moments leading up to that moment? She knew his legal mind was engaged, but his heart was open to her fears. Over the next hour she relived that event in a depth she was not fully aware of. It was painful, but in the comfort of his wings, she felt safe to relive those moments.

Julio learned much regarding the shooting, even the moments when James has shifted into the path of the bullet moving her out as his body twisted in. The bullet drove deep into his body missing major bones but cutting muscle forcing him to the ground while continuing to move her further away. Mary thanked him for allowing her to find comfort in the horror of those moments. I’m guessing you want to speak to James now! Julio smiled maybe a tiny bit later as I would love something to eat and drink. Mary picked-up her phone and asked for a very light lunch and a rum and coke, make that for two. She stepped into the attached toilet room while the staff prepared the light lunches and drinks. As she returned, the staff entered with the lunches and drinks. Julio stepped into the toilet room. After lunch she asked if he would like her to drive him to hospital? Julio smiled widely -- you know how I hate to drive.

They approached James’ room as a Doctor was exiting. How is he doing Doctor? He is mending well but being shot has him a bit out-of-sorts. Try not to upset him, Julio smiled and entered the room with Mary safely following him. James saw her and stated how very sorry he was that all that had to happen in front of her. Julio noted he was truly concerned. Julio stepped to his side and told him that he hasn’t said this often enough; how much he knew that his dear wife had mean to him and that he knew that she was the sunrise and sunset of his day. She was always with you, your assurance and your love. I am so sorry for your loss. James broke into tears and thanked Julio for understanding. James said, how sorry he was for all that had happened that he was ashamed by it. Julio asked if he could talk about what had happened at Mary’s Hanger, while he rested his wing on his right shoulder? James took a deep breath and started three weeks ago. As two+ hours past, he provided Julio everything he knew and the names of those involved. Julio asked him what he would like him to do? If you will, please assure they never prey upon others as they only harm those they come in contact with. I will look into it, my friend, may I say something James? Yes, Julio. James, we have a long history and your history with Priscilla goes back even further. You have long been respected by both the Mealy and Yellow Nape family and we want you to continue with the organization, will you continue to be part of us James? Mary could see the relief come across his persona. She looked at Julio and saw a tear in his eye. She saw something that she had always believed was there, but this moment cemented her knowledge that Julio was a very special Amazon, he cares deeply.

At the Switzerland hanger, the team sat in the conference room and assembled the visit report for today. Beak elected to have each individual provide segments that they had been involved to assure that everything is reported. Beak kept coming back to the ‘hotwire’ and the name connected to it. The work was poorly handled, it was shabby. The ‘name’ he remembered it, but he could not place it in context. Who was this one, he would let it to his mind! He assured that the other two covered Sergio’s request, not wishing to allow his judgement of Sergio to be found in the report. After each had read it and with minor changes made, he sent it to the Partners. A short time later, the FBO staffer announced the arrival of their 350i. The FBO staff had earlier collected their belongings from the SUV and cleaned it at Rental Auto Wash on property. As the King Air 350i was being serviced and readied of for its flight to Amsterdam, the pilots completed their paperwork and signed them. The fuel truck completed its work and the driver came in for the FBO’s signature. The FBO staffer noted that the pilots heading toward the aircraft and moved to the conference room to let the clients’ know their aircraft was beginning final preparations to depart and if they would like, they could board at this time. Fifteen minutes later the aircraft lifted into the afternoon sky.
As Mary drove, Julio began summarizing his interviews and his action recommendations, especially regarding the gang that sat at the root of the rapid movement to South Africa. Their only error was how quickly Sara was able to secure an aircraft. Their plan was for the military to shoot the aircraft down after takeoff. The gang members that made it to South Africa with James are now at the limited mercy of the police and an overloaded justice system. Julio estimated that without papers, they will be taken to a secluded section of the Northwestern boarder area and release 15+ miles into the neighboring country. They would commonly drive an additional 5 miles to the North before turning east and then later turning back south to assure they do not follow them.
