Yellow-Nape Law II (MY-N - 2022)

“All the Best Things in Life! Live on the other side of Fear!” Author unknown."

The Owner of the Galveston Marina had concluded his transfer of another personal property sale and informed MY-N International that he would like to begin the transfer of the Galveston Marina earlier than agreed and if MY-N wanted to transfer ownership earlier he was interested. MY-N’s CFO had anticipated an earlier transfer in ownership as both their other Marina’s usage was increasing as was the interest in the Maritime Medical Centers. The fact that both Amsterdam and Punta Arenas were activity using cashflow to off-set their construction and daily operational costs, MY-N had the funds to complete this purchase. Mary had requested that Rosa change the Buy-Sell Agreement purchase date with the new transfer date and Carla had increased the size of the Main Building to include two-additional floors like Punta Arenas, Chili. Although residential construction had returned in full, commercial construction has lagged behind in this area, which translated into quickly having equipment onsite and beginning to prep the site. Also, the Dredge Vessel was just completing work nearby and would be onsite Tuesday this week. As with the other two sites, the local Maritime Museum was offered access to the property and where busy finding a vast amount of treasures, both mid-large and small items. As with all the sites, once they had been cleared, the full design that Carla had envisioned could be seen, which only helped with inquiries regarding Marina services and office rentals.

At the CERN site, they were beginning to install the upgraded equipment allowing them to expand their primary field of study. Within the MARS project assembly area, the layout of their newest study project had found only a few interference issues that Carla’s drawings had foreseen and planned for. The Electrical Transformers were still months into the future, but they would begin receiving the assembly segments this Summer. Dark Matter had been around a long time and better understanding it during the earliest moments of Time could wait a bit longer. The expanded timeline had helped with staffing, as they were able to employ many of their MARS project staff and not have to quickly ramp-up employing new staff, which they would have to then laid-off as installation completed. At this rate and with the number of employees, they would likely simply transition everyone to operational status.

That afternoon the repaired C-130J-30 Ghost was being flight tested and received approval to return to service. Chester had also been inspecting the aircraft and had noted that Julio had again, upgraded Sara’s onboard photo equipment. Chester was meeting with Jimmy regarding this aircraft and their plan of returning it to Ukrainian airspace this week. Across the way, Redvent entered Julio’s office and provided him with information regarding finding five-members of the Black Ops group that had been working with the Ukrainian Ground Forces near their hangar deep inside of Eastern Ukraine. The information identifies them as the original group placed and to their knowledge the only one’s as part of that Black Ops group. Redvent had provided a deep study into each individual and the dates and information all aligned. Redvent stated that they had been brought to the My-N hangar and are currently semi-assigned to providing protection for that hangar and airport. Redvent stated they are likely weary and he recommended that MY-N extract them and it will provide us greater information on that Black Ops group’s operation and current on-the-ground intelligence in that region. Julio approved the extraction of that group while asking if we should send in a replacement group? Redvent stated that he will have Beak contact his sources and ask them.

Kendal and Christina had completed their North American visits and while at the Atlanta, Georgia, MY-N Hangar had completed the documentation for each of the new clients and extensive requests for new equipment and system upgrades for their existing Clients. Near everyone had asked them regarding MY-N’s activities in the Ukraine and how they could help. The two of them never implied or asked for donations, but everyone had provided monies for MY-N’s efforts. MY/N had separated the monies and tightly controlled it as to allow full visibilities of those monies and where it was going and being used to obtaining the supplies provided as part of each flight into the Ukraine. Transparency was paramount and from day one had been a demand of the Partners, their Management Team, and that was true for contributions in the form of equipment and operations supplies. Samuel had reviewed it several times and wished that other groups he worked with was as crystal clear in their activities. Julio was perplexed as to how he was going to apply the R&D monies from the Airforce segment of their primary North American Client. Redvent’s recommendation regarding the group they were extracting clearly played to an answer. MY-N would fund the program that the Airforce had originally financed, but more clearly targeting airports that MY-N was flying into as a means of keeping those supply channels open!

Beak had several lengthy calls with his contacts within the Ukrainian Military as well as North American Black Ops’ groups currently operating in the Ukrainian. While he was able to confirm that the operation, they had shut down its management, only had the one-group in the field, it did a stellar job at and near the airport they are at currently, but their support services sucked. Beak had inquired regarding an available group that had the training to step in and replace the group they wish to extract for some well-deserved R&R. He was provided the contact information for two groups that were looking for a Sponsor. Beak interviewed both groups and was pleased with their training and interests. Beak provided background of MY-N and their specific /targeted goals. And as importantly, MY-N field methodologies. Both groups found a fit and were open to joining MY-N’s operation. Beak promised to get back with them within 24 hours.

Kendal and Christina where meeting with Mary and Julio regarding their trip in North American and the donations they had received from their Client base. Mary was delighted with Julio being pleased that early-on with the help of their Banker and CFO they had set-up a Fund, Trust /Charity structure that such monies easily worked within. The additional Clients continue to support growth plans and equipment added to support that growth. Beak had update Julio and Mary regarding the two groups that he had connected with and that they were ready to be deployed yet this week. Julio called Jimmy and asked what space they had available this week as he had two-groups that need to be deployed, with supplies, and one that needs to be extracted. Beak will assure they are properly equipped and have our latest intelligent and will warn them that they may find a totally different environment as things continue to change rapidly. Jimmy stated that they could handle them, but no more as this would max the aircraft at least on the first leg in. Chester was happy to hear that they would have staff assigned to two of their three hangars with Beak working on finding additional staff that would allow them to cover all three and have additional staff to rotate-out on a regular basis.

Beak’s connections into the shadows are incredible! It’s like he knows all the “good” bad guys in the world. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to learn that the president of Ukraine was a very dark-colored cockatoo himself, with a splash of red - and obscure family connections. Julio has the insight, the compassion, and the strength of will of a mythical shaman, but Beak is an iceberg of power! Calm and inconspicuous on the surface, but massively powerful in the unseen depths.

Yellow Nape Law's name pops up in the most interesting places...

The C-130J-30 Ghost lifted-off in the very early morning hours with a full cargo load, plus ten members of MY-N’s new Ukrainian Support Staff. During their normal morning meal, Chester made himself available as there had been several questions from his passengers as they are regulars on other C-130J and C-130J-30 aircraft. Chester stated that he would love to provide them an in-depth regarding the capacity of this aircraft, but that is all classified. He did state that they should consider creating a clear-zone reaching out at least 15-miles from the airport runways. He then went into a detailed discussion regarding antiaircraft machinegun sites, ground-to-air missile sites and the high-speed, high-altitude missile sites and the configurations and staff levels that they had seen to date. He wished them successful hunting! Sara Carter avoided contact with the Ops Specialists as that allowed her deniability, should the topic arise, plus she was busy with the new equipment that Julio had added to the lower flight deck.

As they prepared to land at their furthest, Eastern airport, the Load Specialist prepared the first group stating that they would be meeting the group that they were replacing and they should get as much local information as possible as we will only be here fifteen-minutes, at most. Your supplies will be placed separate from the supply for the hangar and Ukrainians. Those you are replacing need to be onboard, so move quickly. The transfer was quick and they were back in the air and on schedule. The exiting team had provided notes, which helped greatly. Those being extracted were able to discuss with the next group, setting-up a new area as their airport had not had a group assigned to it. The critical point is developing a working relationship with the Ukrainian Nationals and assuring their trust. Understand they are highly motivated and want to know how to kill as many Russians as possible. Sounds basic, but they are literally protecting their homes and families. So, keep it simple and never B.S. them. You will quickly find that you need them more than they need you! They disembarked and began setting-up operations with the help of the FBO staff. Within the hour, they were meeting with the local Nationals and reviewing the Local’s plan for their area, which included the airport. They provided congratulations on a well-conceived plan and provided a few additional recommendations, remembering what they had been told.

Between the upgrade work on the EU Member’s C-130J-30 aircraft, each based on the package(s) chosen by their government, they had begun the disassembly of the MY-N King Air. It was heartbreaking, but at the same time, enlightening as to what supported maintaining the integrity of the airframe and what did not, and would clearly require rethink the aircraft’s frame. The track of the missile was also surprising them as it appeared to be both auto-tracking ‘with’ remote adjustments. As the missile was getting closer, something seemed to be interfering /jamming both of those systems, something onboard this aircraft!! Jimmy was reviewing the transmission equipment while also looking closely at the onboard tracking system it uses to locate /track other aircraft. Jimmy was able to recover the data streams from both systems onboard and they would review them later as they continued to physically inspect the electronics looking for another possible source.

Mary was deeply concern with the ravages that has rained upon MY-N and especially, its CEO. As she looked over the past months and several years, her Rooster had been targeted at levels seen by those that head ultra large Corporations. As Beak and Redvent continue to unravel this latest attack on MY-N. The more they uncover, the clearer it becomes that because MY-N was activity working to provide safe access for three airports that housed MY-N hangars and the choice by MY-N to provide ‘retaliation’ systems onboard being a logical progression for those who have the means to up-armor their aircraft as compared to flying into a active military zone without such equipment is to leave their safety to luck, which Julio would not agree too. Our staff and equipment are important to us and for MY-N to not provide that retaliation equipment would be unacceptable. What we are seeing, the targeting of MY-N, because we care about our staff and their safety and the support we provide. As Beak spoke to Mary, he told her that we could change who we are, turn our backs-on and back-away from dangerous zones of the World by limiting our involvements. Our business it to help our Clients move their products to their Clients. We also support our Clients Legal and operational needs, and because we provide such services around the World and had first begun providing those services to Clients in under-severed Counties and have grown with our Clients into First World Counties, we have become more of a target on the International Stage. As a result of the Pandemic, we have been forced to back-away from our original base. We either walk-away from what we do, change what we do, adjust based on the World in which we live, or vastly pull /reduce the visibly of our CEO away from the day-to-day operations, and have him work in the deep background. Mary stated, Julio will never agree to being in the background!

Mary saw that Samuel was calling her as she answered with; thank you for your concern, Samuel!! Julio continues to recover nicely, thank you for your Prays. Samuel stated that he will be sending specific information that should help regarding the Airforce Black Ops programs. Samuel asked if there was anything he could do to help? Mary recommended that he contact Beak and speak openly to him regarding what he is finding and what MY-N should consider /proceed with regarding the Ops groups. Samuel thanked her, bye. Mary call Beak and updated him on Samuel’s call and stated that she would be speaking to Julio shortly as he is busy spending Daddy time with Leonardo. Beak stated that their Ghost would be leaving early tomorrow morning with their replacement staff and equipment in addition to their normal cargo. Thank you for handling that, Mary. FYI, Beak, I am hearing great things from our Clients regarding your Field Staff as they are upgrading Client equipment. Everyone of their visits have resulted in the Client, at the same time, buying additional software modules. Beak smiled and stated, wait until they start the new installations!

With the completion of their full airframe inspection, sadly, the King Air, MY-N is unrepairable and time to beginning looking for a replacement King Air 350. Jimmy had contacted their CFO and provided her the bad news as she stated that fits with the review by our Insurance Company and we had accepted their third settlement offer. Is there anything that is salvageable from the aircraft? Jimmy stated that the nose and hence the electronics is trashed as is the cockpit. Both engines have trade-in /replacement value, as does the landing gear and other than some bits here and there, no. Jimmy stated that in looking at our inventory, we have a King Air 350 in Brazil that we can pull back. It has been flown once every other week for a few hours and as a result it is known to be operational. Jimmy stated that he strongly recommends that they not fly over the Caribbean into Miami, Florida, but clockwise around the Caribbean to Galveston as its Port of Entry into North America. The CFO asked how long before you are ready to bring it over the top of the Atlantic Ocean to Europe? Jimmy stated mid-June at the latest. Next Friday at the earliest. She stated that she will have Rosa begin developing the transfer documentation. You may want to get a move on it, as I see you have a few openings coming-up in your schedule Jimmy! Jimmy thanked her and called their Brazil hangar manager and requested they begin prepping the aircraft for transfer with a departure target of this next Friday. Jimmy than provided a full list of parts with exchange trade-in components wherever possible. His group and he had completed a market review to assure that they were taking the aircraft to the next level as much of this aircraft had been specified three to four years ago.

Mary reviewed and approved the document sets for transferring the King Air 350 from Brazil to Amsterdam and using each leg to move cargo and staff from location to location along the route as pilots from each leg moved it to the next while returning as part of a crew of another returning aircraft. All while Jimmy took the aircraft drawings to the next level stiffening specific frame connections by moving to a thicker /stronger single piece, in place of adding an additional brace, which reduced the finial weight, but also providing even greater stiffness. Also, during that time, the electronics, flight controls, Engines, Propellers and landing gear have all been enhanced as well. Jimmy was careful to avoid having to apply for extensive approves by selecting those items that have King Air 360 approvals in place. As a result, the aircraft is viewed as a build based on an approved aircraft design /upgrade. When the aircraft from Brazil arrives, they will disassemble it to its airframe replace the specific sections required and also address other areas that the inspectors had found over the years in other King Air 250, 300, 350 airframes, plus the specific upgrades required for 360 status.

It was Redvent’s review of the software packages that found what likely caused the interference with the incoming missiles tracking software. The Iron Helmet Missile

Software that was downloaded prior to firing that missile likely attempted to jam the incoming missiles tracking software. A segment of that software attempted to jam the missile that had been fired at the King Air 360, MY-N as that aircraft was using the same software package as the C-130J-30 Ghost, plus the same Hardware configuration. Redvent contacted Frederic regarding enhancing that software to act in defense of the aircraft. Frederic found the enhancement as a truly innovated upgrade and set about defining the enhancement. He contacted one of his software friends in the Israeli Armament Group and asked what they had been working on /enhancing on their Iron Helmet software as he passed along what they had found. His Friend was equally intrigued with the idea as they began defining the software enhancement. One of the goals was to assure that the primary software remained targeted on the missile it fired and the incoming missile as this software would piggy-back but maneuvering the aircraft out of harm’s way.

MY-N Eastern had completed their travels in the far East and were headed toward the Suez Cannel, at speed. Their projected arrival time was likely to place them during a slack period, which is always a positive thing. Ivan had connected well with the staff onboard the Eastern and was enjoying himself but had heard that MY-N had found a replacement and that he would be part of the MY-N staff overseeing the construction of their newest Vessel, plus reconstruction of the UN Hospital Vessel. He had heard that one of the other MY-N Vessels had a like issue with its Power Plant, Main Bearing and like on the Eastern they had caught it prior to the bearing seizing on the crank shaft. Not surprising, the word was getting out within the Maritime industry that a Main Bearing failure could be possible with specific Power Plants and that an inspection should be completed on a regular basis.

Beak had arrived at William’s front Porch as the evening was beginning its transition. William was happy to see a new bottle of that wonderful Rum that he had brought last time. William had anticipated it and had glasses and ice at the ready. William looked at Beak and stated that he was guessing that Beak had anticipated a positive meeting with his neighbor. Beak smiled and said, either way, I came looking forward to an enjoyable evening with a good friend! William smiled and said, that’s great to hear Beak, but we will also be celebrating an additional section for the MY-N waterfront! Beak smiled as he opened the property file with Carla’s drawing defining a Yacht Basin with a Marina /Client Support Building, a Restaurant, indoor /outdoor swimming pool, ships and grocery store, with a separate Yacht indoor Winter storage building that could be used in the Summer as an indoor parking area on his laptop. As William was viewing the drawings, he was very impressed with the amenities and the forethought placed into the design. William stated that his neighbor is going to enjoy it as I told them they would be impressed and very happy with the transformation. As he provided Beak with another copy of his agreement with the changes on the back of the pages. Beak smiled and stated that he believed that what Carla had defined, will easily exceed their wants. Beak opened the new bottle of Admiral’s Grade Rum as William prepared the glasses. It was another long and splendid evening watching the river flow by.

Rosa had reviewed the changes as part of William’s agreement as she quickly changed the format to a modern version and included the changes for the neighbor’s agreement. As she looked at their requests on the back of William’s agreement, she smiled as they are going to be so very happy as Carla’s design clearly exceeded their requests on every point, plus several additional items. She sent the package to Mary and sent a congratulations to Carla as her design had locked another property purchase. Carla was busy comparing the original Marina concept drawing to Drone video taken recently. She was more than impressed as each additional property played-off the original Marina’s design. The river front in this area of Amsterdam is becoming a destination for the Maritime community. From Carla’s perspective each MY-N primary Marine property can be seen as four very different areas, until one looks just a bit closer and begin seeing they are interlaced with each other. Like the MY-N fleet, each was a Vessel in and of itself, but when together, one could easily see that they are part of a Fleet /family.

Beak’s office phone had ten messages all from groups looking for a Sponsor for their group to enter Ukraine. Beak quick weeded-out the ‘want a bee’s’ and slimmed the list down to five-groups, two with affiliations with each other and began calling and set meetings with them at an office that MY-N uses from time to time at the Airport, Main Railroad Station. Beak provided a list of required documents for the groups and for each individual and to assure that they bring the documents with them. He also provided a review of what MY-N was looking for and what was expected. Later that day, he and Redvent had chosen three of the groups and provided one of those groups a departure date, the others would report for organization training as they wait for their departure date a couple months in the future, they will participate in the preparation of flights headed into the Ukraine as MY-N Amsterdam Annex provides flight support for several other non-European Government Clients.

Beck and Redvent had interviewed the Black Ops group they had pulled back from the Ukraine for much needed R&R. As anticipated, they provided detailed /current intelligent’s regarding the Russian ground-forces and tactics commonly used. They were not surprised by how poorly the Russian troops were both trained, supplied and supported as they are totally blind at night with neither the training nor the equipment for tactically action at night. The Ukrainians have been using this to their advantage and moving aggressively at night. The near four weeks that their airport had been held by the Russian they had primarily lived with the support of the Ukrainians and were over-joyed with the news of the airport reopening and that they had been assigned to an active Support Group. Redvent placed them with the group preparing to support the most Western airport and the others that will be deployed in the near future. They were able to quickly bring this new group up to speed so that they will quickly provide the needed support to the Ukrainians and assure the airport remains open. Each day started with live fire training at the rifle range with a different weapon of the full range of armament that MY-N and its supporters are providing as part of each flight into the Ukrainian airbases.

Julio had requested a late afternoon meeting with MY-N’s Security Managers and although both Beak and Redvent had some knowledge of what the meeting would entail, they both knew that when Julio had been busy in the background, major change where likely coming. It was Edward’s turn to start the meeting as he reviewed the recent activities at the Hangar level in Amsterdam, the other two Primary Hangars and then by region, the other hangars. The main effort is going into preparation of the opening of the hangars that had been shut down caused by the Pandemic as different Countries were reopening. He turned the meeting over to Mary who covered the changes that will allow information flow based on Julio guiding the organization in the background. As she completed, she turned the meeting over to Redvent who covered the recent addition of MY-N supported; Ukrainian Ops and hangar support groups that MY-N has and will be deploying at their three hangars in the Ukraine. Although not for publication, our primary supporter is the American Airforce, which has provided funding for 12-months. Plus, the additional support groups that will be deploying as part of a planned rotation for each hangar. As near all of you know, our Annex is also providing pre- and post-flight support for several non-European based Governments that are providing like flights into the Ukraine. For their safety and ours, this is a Zero discussion item!! Any discussion heard needs to be quickly halted! After-all, we are providing nothing more than normal Client flight support!! Beak reported that starting next week MY-N Annex will have three coved aircraft prep-areas with concrete paddocks installed to the Southside of our Annex building.

Julio stood and stated that he is feeling much better and is recovering quickly from his surgeries and thanked everyone for their well wishes and prayers as they all helped more then you will ever know! The recovery time has provided me time with Leonardo and some time to consider where we, as an Organization, are going. As he looked at the individuals’ charged with the responsibilities of the Security of the Organization; I wanted to cover this with you first. Although I will be reducing my out in front activities and turning over the day-to-day operations of MY-N International to the Partners and Managers of the organizations. Yes, I will be activity involved, but just to the side of each of you. We have been built as a bottom-up organization and I just want to reinforce that as it seems that our adversaries believe that by eliminated me, the organization will come to a rapid end. Each of you know that is not true, but it is time for others to learn that reality the hard way. Julio went on to cover what he sees coming our way over the next several months and where we need to ready our defenses /retaliation abilities and strengthen our organization. Please understand that in this rapidly changing future, literally only days in front of us, we will be growing as other organizations will be slowing with a Worldwide Recession likely occurring. New Clients are joining us in record numbers, as they had suffered over the last twenty-four months with shut-downs, delay in shipping and/or receiving Goods and the rapidly increasing cost of fuel. Our preparation up to this point and from here forward will in and of itself, open-us to being targeted. Each of you need to understand what my discussion regarding dangerous events requires of your specialties and to change your methods to meet those challenges, quickly. We had opened our self-defense facility months ago, to our staff, those who have not availed themselves to those services need too and soon. Some have fears of the hardware, others have fears of their inabilities, we need to help them overcome their fears! As, sadly, at current rate, near nowhere will be safe, especially if they are not prepared. Question?

Julio asked for his Security staff to pull-out a clean sheet of paper as I am changing subjects and although what we had just covered is critical for our survive as individuals and as an organization this subject will define what we are do and why we do it! We daily move critical supplies for our Clients, Worldwide. Critical supplies that are needed in specific places at specific times. North America and Western European Nations are now committing critical military cargo aircraft to ship supplies as a means of covering shortages as part of their civilian supply-chain. What those aircrafts would normally carry, we are their fallback logistics experts! I do not see any return to normal as the World critical civilian supplies, exampled by Wheat and like food bases are all shipped into those Countries as they are no longer suppling themselves. The effects of this coming growing season being very limited as the Ukraine farms do not have the supplies needed to plant a crop this year. By this coming Fall, Worldwide food shortages will be commonplace!! Remember that with very few exceptions, every segment of every MY-N route whether by air or sea is at or very near capacity of that specific craft! As each of you know, MY-N has committed to increase our capacity Worldwide and as those capacities come online, we are seeing future demands building on those routes. We need to assure that our air and sea crafts are protected as are the facilities, which support them. At present, we are behind the curve in those regards and that needs to change rapidly. Our air and sea craft will be targeted as will our hangars and marinas. It is very possible that our new military, Ops, trained staff maybe needed to keep our hangars and marinas safe. At the very least, on-site staff need to upgrade their abilities and do it, Now!

Beak was listening closely as Julio was running along a fine edge of large-scale urban unrest. With great luck, their Marinas are not located close to city centres and the majority of individuals are commonly over-whelmed by the size of those facilities, equipment and containers. That said, there has been a rapid rise in the breaking into cargo containers setting on railcars passing thru metropolitan areas. Those being delivered directly by truck have historically not had problems, but an increasing number of cargo containers are being targeted when they are sitting, with a major increase when they are sitting at warehouses, distribution facilities, big box, or like stores waiting to be unloaded. He placed a note on his pad, check into wording or symbols that would dissuade interest in the cargo container’s contents! He then added another note regarding specific Clients and their very high-valued military cargo and what level of security they have in place to limit knowledge of what and when they are shipping.

Carla was reviewing Larry’s medical file and his most recent test results. Larry’s diabetics effected cardiovascular failure was worsening. He had seen their Cardiovascular Surgeon prior to leaving Amsterdam. The combination of his review and Carla’s most recent test results had her deeply concerned. She asked if she could discuss Larry’s medical history with Carlos as she sat next to him. Larry had a forced smile on his face as he knew what that discussion would be about. He had known for the last couple of crossing that he was having ever more difficulties staying awake during his watch and his sleeping has increased during his off-duty time. He reluctantly agreed as he stated that he would have Carlos come to the Surgery as he returned to the Helm. Carla looked at him and suggested that we could both return to the Helm Larry and have an open discuss there. Larry agreed to that as they left the Surgery while Carla selected an oxygen unit and providing it to Larry, while locking the door as they left.

Julio answered his desk phone as Anna was calling him. She that the Ambassador with the State of Kuwait on line #7, Sir. Julio thanked her and switched to line #7 thanking the Ambassador for his call. The Ambassador was quickly to his reason for the call as they have several projects that MY-N International was indicated as the leaders in provided the needed support services: A-130J-30 upgrades, Worldwide logistics, security software and its support equipment, and Maritime Legal support regarding retaliation systems, selection and installations. I have been authorized to provide Project release documents as quickly as possible. Julio thanked him for his Countries trust in proceeding with MY-N International for these and possible other services. Julio added, please understand that everything you have requested support, we in fact handle, but that they are each based on defined needs of our Clients. Who will be our contacts within your Government? We have brought our staff to our Amsterdam Embassy and we could be at your offices as quickly as you have time for us. Julio considered who was in today and available and asked if they could be at our Main Hangar at 10:30 hours? The Ambassador was extremely happy and stated they would be there. Julio quickly put together a message to all of MY-N Amsterdam Hangar and Annex Manager regarding today’s meeting with the Kuwait Government Staff. He contacted the FBO manager and provided her information regarding this morning’s visit and that they should be ready to provide refreshments and mid-day meal. Julio called Rosa and asked her if she could attend as well. Within an hour, the Main reception area was ready with tables, large screens and seating.

Julio called Samuel and stated he likely already knew that Kuwait will be visiting MY-N today and requesting services. Samuel smiled and stated that he did and that he should be receiving the document sets any moment as they likely arrived in this morning’s flight from this Atlanta Hangar, as the FBO staff set the documents on his Desk! Julio smiled at him and mouthed a Thank You, as he confirmed their arrival with Samuel. Samuel quickly updated Julio on what he knew and to treat them well, my friend! Julio stated that I can assure you that will happen Samuel. Julio called Rosa and told her, he had the document set from Samuel, which allows MY-N to provide services and sell specific equipment to the Kuwait Military /Government. Rosa stated that she had pulled the sales agreements from past Governments and with that information she can complete the document sets for the Kuwaitis. Rosa asked what products as Julio responded, it appears to be near everything, Rosa. Kendal entered Julio’s office and asked Julio what he needed to provide as this is the first Government project, he has been part of. Julio recommended that he ask Christina to join us as I believe this will be her first as well as he covered specific topic areas.

Not but a few moments later, the FBO manager call Julio stating that the Kuwait Security staff are here and wish to complete a security review of the facility and surroundings, Julio stated to call Beck and Redvent and let them know and then call Edward and have him work with them and remember to tell Edward that you have already called Beak and Redvent, bye. Redvent parked their SUV near the side door as they both entered the Hangar when they saw Edward with the Kuwaiti Security Staff. Only a few introductions were needed as they near all knew each other. Edward provided a link into the Hangar’s security system including all camera and their other recently installed detection systems. As they reviewed the security camera history, they stated that as part of the systems that will be requested, we want this!! Beak stated that he will make sure they get it and much more!!

After a brief reception, Julio opened the meeting welcoming the Kuwait delegation, as he quickly turned the meeting over to the Ambassador as he thanked Julio and his staff for being able to meet with them so quickly as he briefly covered what they want, as he turned the meeting over to Julio. Julio with the support of the large screen displays began speaking to the technology and services that MY-N International provides its Clients across the Globe with each of their many offerings high-lighted. 30-minutes later Julio concluded and recommended that they break into smaller groups to define their specific requirements for each of the products and services they are requesting. As each of the managers where working with the specific staff from each discipline, Julio and the Ambassador were talking as the Ambassador had a very specific problem that he wanted Julio’s advice. It seems that they had agreed to purchase the Cruel Oil Tankers that Julio and his Banker had passed on a few months earlier and they were having serious problems with keeping the Power Plant operational. Julio asked if they were moving refined fuels or Cruel Oil? The Ambassador stated both as it depended on what the end user wanted. Julio stated that MY-N uses only Grade #2, High Test, North American Specification, Marine Diesel Fuel and are experiencing 99% uptime on our Power Plants and according to our Admiral, the Fleet is surpassing other Fleets in reduced fuel usage, increase Torque at RPM and clearly much lower operating costs.

MY-N’s CFO was keeping tallies of various groups as they were busy defining required equipment and services and she was defining value of those requirements. She was one very happy Yellow-Nape as literally every product group was part of this package and there had been no push-back on costs. One of the major labor packages was in Jimmy’s area as Kuwait had twelve-C-130J-30’s that needed major overhauls as their engines had been eating far too much sand and they want them upgraded to state of the art Ghost specifications including the 105-cannon. The largest project was Beak and Redvent’s with multi-Gen V+ server locations, with numerous Next Generation smart laptops for multi-locations from launcher groups to aircraft with retaliation systems. Another large project was the rebuild, new additions Vessel based systems, and the addition of retaliation systems on their three-Cruel Oil Tankers. The Ambassador was questioning where MY-N was buying their Diesel and Jet fuel from and what price were they paying as Kuwait had available reserves and looking for very specific ‘friendly’ Globe customers that would not show-up as part of their agreed production volume. Julio smiled as he provided that information as he made a mental note to discuss this with Rosa.

As Carla was providing Larry’s test results, the Helm when near silent. Carlos broke the silents and stated that Larry is his First Officer and even with the most recent results, in his mind, nothing had changed! Larry had a tear in his eye as he looked at his Admiral and thanked him for his long loyalty, but the last thing he want to do is not be capable of full filling my responsibilities and that he was thinking of retiring. Carlos asked if he would consider a position that was land-based as the Fleet needs someone that has seafaring knowledge to handle all the documents from each of our Vessels and explaining them to Legal and Finance staff, plus we need someone with your talents to keep a seafaring eye on our two-builds currently in drydock /build. Larry said that was something his could do, plus still be of value to you, Sir. Carlos smiled and agreed that he clearly would be as Larry extended his wing, as Carlos opened both of his as they hugged and smiled. Ivan received an email from Carlos that stated that there has been a change in plans and that he will be reporting to MY-N Atlantic and take the position of First Officer when they arrive in Amsterdam. Ivan smiled widely as he read the email again. His response was simple and to the point: Yes Sir, Admiral!

As the C-130J-30 Ghost, prepared for landing at the last of the three Ukraine airports, the retaliation system reacted to shots fired and began chewing the ground and the machinegun units it contained. To Sara’s count, seven-machinegun units and likely fourteen-staff. Once at the paddock, the newest Black Ops group entered the hangar and met the hangar FBO staff as they began helping the staff position the supplies coming-off the aircraft. The lift master asked what outgoing they had, beside the empty containers, they had six-containers with product from local MY-N Clients. He smiled and stated he hopes to see more of those in the future as they all agreed. Chester and his co-pilot where busy reviewing their engines before moving-off the paddock when ground-fire from the edge of the airfield began. Bad luck for them as the Ghost’s Starboard side aligned with that area and opened-up. The Ops staff where well on their way to that area as the aircraft ramp began lifting as the co-pilot turned the aircraft off the paddock, as Chester requested clearance for take-off and received it. The Ops group arrived at the area where the aircraft machinegun fire had targeted as they found one Russian still breathing, he had pulled behind a rock and although he had a gut-wound he was still able to speak. They asked him if he wanted his remains returned to his mother as he stated yes. They provided a pen and note pad and asked him to provide her address as he thanked them. They asked him where his main support was located and without hesitation he provided it, plus everything he believed they would want to know. One of the members of the Ops group provided him Last Rights as he smiled and thanked him as he drifted-off into the open arms of angles.

It was deep into the afternoon as the Kuwait Team completed their detailing of the equipment and services as the Ambassador provided the Project Number for each of the eleven-projects. While Rosa was updating the document sets for signatures. The Ambassador asked if MY-N Marina could inspect one of their Tankers as it was here in Amsterdam? Julio asked Beak when Ivan would be returning as he responded with late tonight onboard MY-N Eastern. Beak moved Julio aside and stated that the last he heard, their document sets are not current and if they dock at MY-N Marina, the Harbor Patrol will want to review the documents and also inspect it. Julio thanked him and turned to the Ambassador and provided what Beak had just told him. The Ambassador stated that his last words with the Skipper was that he did not want to leave Port without work on the Power Plant. Julio called the Marina manager and updated him on the Kuwait Tanker and although he is not an expert, Ivan, our expert will want at least one fuel tank emptied, cleaned and some amount of MY-N Diesel placed in that tank and to switch the Power Plant over to that tank. The Ambassador stated, you get our Tanker seaworthy and we will supply your Maritime Fleet with MY-N Specification Diesel for the next two-years. Julio looked at him and stated that he has no way to know if that is a good deal until Ivan and Harbor Patrol complete their inspections as the prior owners had provided shoddy maintenance on their Tankers.

That early evening the Tanker arrived at the MY-N Marina and was positioned just down river from where MY-N Eastern would be set. Shortly after the Tanker was set, the Fueler arrived and began emptying the fuel tank with the least amount of crude oil in it, as they flushed it, twice-and placed a half tank of MY-N Spec Diesel in that tank and switch the Power Plant over to that tank after replacing the filters and separator. The Fueler Skipper provided the Tanker Skipper the specification sheet of what he had added and what he had removed, stating that they are using a much better crude oil than most! The Harbor Patrol arrived dock side and requested approval to board. They were completing their inspection, as MY-N Eastern arrived. Once MY-N Eastern was moored and prepared for off-load, Ivan arrived with a MY-N inspection set and requested approval to board. They all met in the Helm and the Harbor Patrol updated Ivan on their findings and the general condition of the document set and what would be needed to obtain approvals. Ivan thanked them as they left the Helm. Ivan turned to the Shipper and asked to see the ships drawings and maintenance documents. An hour later and many question answered Ivan asked the Skipper what he wanted repaired and upgraded as Ivan was looking closely at the instrumentation and stated: If it were me, I would require the Helm be upgraded to MY-N Specifications as he smiled knowingly at the Skipper. The Skipper answer that he wanted full MY-N Vessel specification in place, prior to his taking this Vessel out of Port! Ivan smiled and stated, we are going to get along very well, Sir as they left the Helm to the First Mate and began a detailed inspection, starting with the Engine Bay. One of the crew members asked the First Mate, who was with the Skipper? The First Mate provided him Ivan’s Business Card and the Crew Member read it aloud: First Officer, Fleet Inspector, MY-N Maritime Group. He looked at the First Mate and stated that he now understands why their Skipper had requested a detailed cleaning and operational maintenance preformed. They may not know much about MY-N Maritime Group, but most have seen, and likely have been passed by a gleaming white MY-N Vessel.

Ivan opened the hatch to the Helm and motioned for the Tanker’s Skipper to enter first as Ivan followed him into the Helm and excused himself as he called the Marina Manager and asked if he had time to join him in the Helm of the Kuwait Tanker. Ivan stated splendid, see you shortly. The First Mate stood and started to move to the hatch as Ivan stated, no reason for you to leave, Sir, unless you are off duty now, while he smiled at the young Rooster. Ivan than stated that he always viewed this as a learning experience toward the day you are promoted to Skipper of a Vessel. The First Mate looked at his Skipper and saw him approve. Moments later the MY-N Marina Manager entered the Helm and requested approval to enter. The Tanker Skipper smiled and approved. Ivan started with; I have received a communication from our Corporate CEO and our Fleet Admiral that this and two-other Kuwaiti Tankers will be managed by MY-N Maritime International and that this Tanker will be the first to be brought to MY-N Fleet Standards, using our Fleet Standards and not our UN Fleet Standard. Ivan turned to the Skipper and asked if there was a problem if they install a communication island in this area of the Helm, as he provided the estimated size and location.

Ivan stated that this Vessel will continue to be Flagged Kuwaiti, plus have MY-N Fleet Insignia under the Vessel’s Name. To my understanding, Samuel is gathering the needed equipment packages and that they have asked that you assure that this Vessel is structurally and operationally sound to MY-N standards. I have also been informed that Carla has been provided the builder’s drawings, as you will also find a like copy on your MY-N Smart Laptop as Ivan looked at the Manager’s tote, as he lifted it out. He turned to the Skipper and his First Mate and told them they have passed Security Checks, but these two-crew members have not as he passed a document to the Skipper. Harbor Patrol will be returning shortly for your First Mate to turn them over to Harbor Patrol staff just beyond the bottom of your stairway. He asked both of them to retrieve their two-crew members and assure that the crew members have their Identification Documents with them plus ‘their’ personal belongings and assure that no Property of the Ship or Documents of the Ship are included, please as they will be searched and you will not want them to find any such things, correct!! Also, do not speak to them as to why they are being removed from the Vessel only that Harbor Patrol wishes to speak to them and their belongings need to be available should they be delayed.

As Ivan finished his review of the Vessel with the Marina Manager. He provided the location of seven sectors of the Vessel that needed mirror attention all the way to major reconstruction. They found the areas on the drawings and the Marina Managers stated each area was accessible and repairable. Ivan stated that he was certain that Carla would request that the aft of the Vessel be reconfigured to limit access. The Marina Manager asked regarding the Power Plant as Ivan stated that it concerns him greatly as all four-Main Shaft Bearings are showing signs of lubrication failure, but they have yet to seize. I believe that the pistons rings are damaged as well, as I am seeing signs of blow-by and the Bay is smokey even here in port with the ventilation system running. Underway, they are likely having all the access covers and hatches open. As you know, single Power Plant Tankers are inherently prone to falling adrift as a result of even minor Power Plant failure. But it appears that this Vessel was designed for two Power Plants as this one is off set with the drive pod place on the ship’s centerline. Note the additional ballast on the Port side of the Engine Bay. The Marina Manager stated that he knew of two-Power Plants and Drive Pods in Amsterdam that are available and are the same size as this one. Ivan stated that with the existing work that is need on this one, a replacement makes sense and having two, will settle the issue that a single Power Plant Vessel is always likely to have. Ivan began by providing a list of required repairs and upgrades needed to meet MY-N Specifications including MY-N standard for lubrication system cooling. The Marina Manager stated that the Ramp on the other side of William’s place is dry at Low Tide and I have removed and installing Drive Pod Pockets there and it can be done during a single Low Tide event. The Marina Manager stated that he will secure the Power Plants and Drive Pods while Ivan gets the approval of the engine swap-out /upgraded Engine Bay.

Julio was meeting with the Kuwait Ambassador as the message from Ivan came in on his Mobile phone as he asked the Ambassador for a moment to gather the inspection results for his Tanker. Julio stated, your Tanker would have likely gone adrift in the Mediterranean as your single Power Plant was in failure mode. Julio provided a cost to bring the Tanker to MY-N Maritime Standards and with a five-year maintenance agreement what the total costs would be. The Ambassador asked if he needed approval now and Julio stated that the Vessel is currently held in Port because of Documentation Infractions. The Ambassador provided a project number as he asked if Julio would like a Rum? Julio declined as he is still on Heart Medications at the moment, but next month, let’s set a celebration date as all of your projects will be well underway. Julio provided Ivan, the Kuwait Project Number and asked him to call their CFO, provider her the number and obtain a MY-N Project Number as this is a fully approved project. Ivan obtained the Project Number and provided it to the Marina Manager as the Tanker Skipper and his First Mate enter the Helm. Ivan asked how much fuel he had in his main tanks. The Skipper stated that he was very near empty as the only volume onboard being in the fuel tanks. Ivan recommended that the Marina Manager request the Fueler return and drain and flush all the remaining fuel tanks and drain and flush the large transport tanks onboard as well. Ivan turned to the two-Kuwaiti officers and updated them on what will be happening over the next two-months regarding their Vessel. While your Vessel is in Port, I recommend that you and your staff all upgrade your Documents and Licenses during this time and spend time each day, fully support your staff in the completion of all the work that will be completed as there will be new equipment added in all sectors of your Vessel and being part of the install just helps to familiarize yourself with their operation and use.

As the C-130J-30 Ghost entered the holding pattern of aircraft awaiting landing at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport, his co-pilot asked if he wished to land the aircraft? Chester smiled at his long-time co-pilot and stated he would be happy to just sit out the landing if that was not a problem. Chester has long known that his co-pilot has been ready to shift to the pilot’s seat as he had the hours and clearly the skills, but he has chosen to stay with Chester. Chester was aware of the most recent order of new C-130J-30 aircraft with several of them being built to Ghost specifications and that talented pilots like his co-pilot would be needed to pilot one of them. Chester responded to the Tower Controller as they received approval to land. Chester enjoyed the landing and was not looking forward to training a new co-pilot, but he would not stand in the way of his longtime friend’s much overdue promotion and smiled as he had already placed a sterling recommendation in at Corporate for him.

As the Punta Arenas Marina was nearing completion of the Operations Building with several tenants already moving their Vessels to their assigned dockage and in the early stages of moving into the near finished Operations Building. The Marina Manger was truly proud of it as it was clearly designed to fit with easy with the local Architecture. He was receiving compliments from his friends and fellow businessmen and women in their community. The Medical Care Facility was not opened, but like the other Tenants, several Practices have opened their doors to their clients. The Marina side had been secured from early-on and it was working very well. The MY-N technician had been on-site for two-weeks and he spoke Portuguese very well. He had received an email from Redvent regarding the need to upgrade the new Security System as Corporate was foreseeing problems with attempts on all cargo /container facilities as the Worldwide Supply Chain weakens. He had been with Redvent long enough to read between the lines and understood what he needed to change in the set-up of the monitoring /warning systems. He would visit the airport hangar tomorrow and meet with its FBO Manager. Sadly, it will not be until early July before most of their equipment arrives. Their activity level will be on the slow side deep into July and will likely not attract much attention, if any.

The Kuwait projects are all well underway and the first of their C-130J-30 aircraft arrived this early morning, with their Maintenance Staff and all the components that Jimmy had listed as required, including a complete rebuild kit for their landing gear. The amount of oil usage and their general appearance suggested that all their engines needed replacement as the Paddock crew unloaded all the items into the cargo bay as they placed them in the aircraft rebuild hangar next to where they would be placing the aircraft. Jimmy instructed them as to where the items are to be placed, with the engines being the last items just in front with the new series propeller systems hang horizontally above. They quickly removed the engine cover panels and completed a quick inspection finding far more than what was needed to classify them as needing replacements. They also assured that each item from this group would be written the same as if it came from inventory, but with this hangar number as inventory location. Jimmy’s Head Engine Mechanic had obtained the serial numbers for each new engine noting they were a series as he smiled and wrote the numbers down and went to the aircraft and starting on the outer Starboard engine, he placed the lowest new number engine number on engine #1’s mounting plate and proceeded across the face of the aircraft as his crew followed removing the existing engine. The fork truck driver checked the number and retrieved the new engine and placed it in front of that mounting plate as the crew quickly set the new engine as he backed away and lifted the old engine and returned it to the crate and wrote its seral number on the crate. He then double checked the next new engine number and returned to the aircraft as they continued across the front of the aircraft.

The crew stopped for a moment as their C-130J-30 Ghost returned to the Annex, a quick check had them smiling, as the aircraft was running well and there were no holes or dripping oil. With that confirmed, they were back to work on the Kuwait C-130J-30. With engines in place, they began checking the electrical wiring harness and began to run into what seemed like never-ending problems, from cut wires, bare wires, missing wires, etc... They check with Jimmy and he had a new wiring harness that included all the connections for a Ghost classification, Plus the connections into the duo, MY-N Next Gen Laptops. They turned that over to their electrical crew and continued checking the other supply lines to the engines including the larger fuel line and new return line for the updated fuel system required by the new technology engine. And true to form, Jimmy had obtained that package as well.

As MY-N Atlantic was position dockside at MY-N Amsterdam Marina, near everyone onboard saw the Kuwait Tanker sitting just down river from them. The Harbor Pilot placed Atlantic with zero difficulty as the dock and deck crews set the mooring lines and began reading Atlantic for a complete unload of the cargo. The unload documents did target removing specific Containers that would be placed near the Drydock /Build facility and those that had trucks waiting for them. The balance was removed with a combination of need /importance and balance of the Vessel to assure that it rose above its waterline in a balanced state. Tipping-over a Mega Cargo Container Vessel could become an issue if the unload was not handled correctly, especially on a complete unload. Ivan finished his work on the Kuwait Tanker and walked over to MY-N Atlantic and as he stopped at the bottom of the stairway, he heard Carlos state; Welcome Onboard, Ivan, as Ivan looked-up and stated Thank You, Admiral!

Carlos welcomed Ivan into the Helm and started by saying; I believe that you know everyone as he quickly reintroduced everyone. Carlos started by saying that his longtime friend and First Officer is shifting to support our Fleet from his new offices in the Operations Building here in Amsterdam as he looked at where the office is and noted that they where busy preparing Larry’s new office as they spoke. Larry will be creating a new position as Liaison Officer, plus representing the Fleet as our Vessels are in for repair, renovation and/or our new build as his long History allows him to inspect, approve, and/or change on the spot as work is underway. Ivan congratulated Larry on his new position! Larry stated, and if I may, Sir, as he looked at Carlos, welcome Ivan to the Helm of MY-N Atlantic as its new First Officer! Ivan thanked him as did both Carla and Carlos. Carlos’s mobile phone rang as he noted that Redvent was calling him. Carlos thanked Redvent for the call as he likely had good news for him. Redvent stated that Larry’s new office is ready and it is connected to MY-N Maritime and International systems. Carlos thanked him as he updated Larry that Redvent would be here at the top of the hour and he will introduce him to his new office and equipment. Carlos stated that the Ship’s Chief said that we will have a special Evening Meal with Cake especially for you, Larry, I am missing your guidance already dear friend, has he hugged his long-time friend. Carla stood and hugged Larry as well, stating I am so happy that you have excepted the position as your long experience will be very useful, as she hugged him.

Larry turned to Ivan and asked if he would be available at 7:30-hours early to review the three projects at our Marina? Ivan smiled and stated, let us meet at the drydock and start there. Redvent entered the Helm and asked if Larry had time to review the equipment now installed in his new office. Larry stated he was and what did he need to bring with him as Redvent smiled and requested that he bring his Next Gen, Smart Laptop. Larry turned and collected it from his Helm station and excused himself from the Helm. Redvent stated that they will take his SUV as he had several additional components for his office. As they entered Larry’s new office, he smiled widely as it was far more than a cubical, he expected and allowed him a view of the Marina and especially MY-N Vessels mooring area and the build /repair facilities. Across his desk was a bank of screens that displaced the facility’s security cameras as part of the outer screens with the center screens devoted to MY-N Vessel locations and communication including, plus all MY-N flights. Redvent had Larry set his Laptop in the docking station on his desk and lift the cover, while Redvent entered a code, as it began linking to the many MY-N resources around the Marina. Redvent looked at Larry and stated you have ‘Executive’ access to all MY-N systems, that level of access needs to be secured and I strongly recommend that you lock and close your laptop and lock the door as you leave this office, even if you will only be gone for a few minutes, think of this like Carla locking the Surgery every time, she leaves it. They spend the next hour reviewing his access /connects and what additional systems are now available to him. Redvent also reviewed his in-office security systems and monitors, including Bug and other device detection systems. After completing the review, Redvent introduced Larry to his neighbors within the building. Larry checked the time and recommended that they return to MY-N Atlantic for their evening gathering. He then asked Redvent about what appears to be a heighten level of organizational security.

At the Galveston Marina, work was finishing on the foundation for the Operations Building and site prep-work for the first of two drydock facilities. They had received near all of their building materials that was provided by cargo containers. As part of Yang’s Loading documents, each of the last three ship loads for South America has been near 50% cargo containers for Punta Arenas, Chile. James saw a window developing here in early June of MY-N Atlantic’s scheduled that would allow the other Vessels to continue to run their routes as MY-N Atlantic was ahead of its schedule by over two-weeks. Vang reviewed James’s work and found it solid as they compiled a document and sent it to Carlos for his approval. Ivan and Carlos were in the Helm as the document arrived. Carlos set in on the large front facing screen and placed the schedule on the screen next to it. The first thing that Carlos noted was the build-up of outbound containers, plus a growing number of empty containers at Punta Arenas. Carlos mapped out the journey on another screen with them leaving Amsterdam Sunday very early with a run to Galveston, unload /load, take-on a full-load of suppliers, fuel and leave when ready, targeting 36 hours in Port. He then set a journey to Punta Arenas, Chile and unload /load there, targeting 36 hours in Port. Carlos messaged Samuel regarding their plans and asked if he had anything he wished to have transported to Punta Arenas. To Carlos’s surprise, he had 243 containers and would have them in Galveston within 48 hours for the Chilian Military and that they would likely have a like number returning to North America.

Larry found Ivan at the Drydock Assembly Area for MY-N’s newest Vessel and even with just five segments completed and in place, it was clear this Vessel would be massive. A like number were nearby as workers were busy assembling each segment to a completed stated, when it would be lifted, moved and attached to the existing group. The teams were well trained in their disciplines and the workmanship was excellent. They finished their inspection and moved onto the UN Hospital Vessel and noted that it appeared to be ahead of schedule as they reviewed the work documents and completed items records, which grouped around structural and mechanical items with the Engine Bay being at the center of the work. The structural items like on the Tanker where spread around the Vessel and included upgrading the aft to limit access. Ivan noted that on the build schedule are wide Red Lines with the words: Check with MY-N Finance before proceeding. Ivan asked Larry what it meant. Larry stated that this project was likely being staged to assure that payment was in place prior to completing more work. Ivan thanked him as they went to meet with the crew and Larry was happy to see that Ivan had an excellent repour with the crew members as they were busy showing Ivan the work they had completed and the excellent quarters they were being provided. The smiles on their faces told a happy story that was opening in front of them as Ivan provided a bit of background as to how they had been treated in the recent past.

The Marina Manager had caught-up with Larry and Ivan as he updated them on his securing the Power Plants and Drive Pod units, and that they would be onsite later this afternoon. The Low-Tide will occur very early morning two-days from now and much needed to be prepared to assure that all occurred in a timely manner. The Marina Manager had stopped into the Tugboat office prior to meeting up with Larry and Ivan, locking in their setting blocks for the Tanker location during High-Tide twelve hours prior full Low-Tide. The two-Work Crews were busy preparing the Tanker to be set on blocks as the mounting plates for the Drive Pods will be set in place once the Vessel is positions on its blocks. The schedule for the Yacht Lift was cleared to assure nothing went admis during the ten-hour window in which they had full access to the aft of the hull of the Tanker. The Work Crew Leader was busy laying out, with detail, the location for the new Drive Pods and the seal they would set after removing the current unit. Larry smiled as he stated he knew where his attention would be this coming week, but we need to get you back to MY-N Atlantic, as at zero hours, plus 15 minutes, MY-N will be leaving Amsterdam and the clock is near everything on Atlantic. Ivan smiled as he remembered his first two days on Atlantic.

Galveston Marina has been a busy place as it remained open while at the same time undergoing a major new build of the entire facility. They had just finished the new railroad tracks onto the new load /unload island. The Marina Manager’s Wife had received the off-load and load documents from Yang for MY-N Atlantic later this week as she quickly realize that Atlantic was headed to Punta Arenas, Chile. In review of the load document, she saw that Samuel had including a smaller Vessel shipment with a full load of 243-containers that needed to be included with the load for Punta Arenas. Since the Cargo Containers where spread fully around the Marina, they began gathering them and placing them based on the loading document that Yang had provided. As she checked the total number of containers and the capacity of MY-N Atlantic she found that they would not overload the Vessel, but it will be a larger than normal load.

Julio, Mary and Leonardo were meeting in Mary’s office as they reviewed the last several days and whether Julio stepping back is having any effect. Leonardo stated that he enjoyed having Dad around more as they have worked on several changes to the FBO menu as Mary and Julio smiled widely. The subject of Leonardo’s education naturally rose as Mary spoke of Leonardo going with Christina to be part of Rosa’s required course regarding Contract Law at the Amsterdam University of Law, during Summer Semester. They both agreed, since Leonardo would be five-months old and likely ready for such an experience. Mary noted it and would speak with Rosa later. Julio’s phone rang as he saw that Samuel was calling him as he asked what can I do for you? He froze as his smile halted and a tear came to his eye. How many Parrots, he asked Samuel? Current number is 43, Julio! How can we help, my friend? I need to place sixty-airfreight, cargo Containers on your next flight leaving Phoenix headed West. Julio noted what Samuel was asking and slide it to Mary as she read it and called James. She heard Julio ask where are they going? Samuel stated Taiwan and I will likely have a similar shipment tomorrow and possible one or two more. Julio stated that, you know that our Transpacific flights land in Japan, right? Samuel started I know; can you redirect MY-N Eastern into Taiwan. Julio slide, a note to Mary as he stated, we will make that happen, Samuel! He than wrote, call Beak and Redvent, please have them come here ASAP, please. Yes, Samuel, I will wait for your call. So, what happened Mary asked? There was an accident including three North American military cargo /staff aircraft and a Chinese bomber. There is a serious question as to whether it was an accident!! At this moment, there is a News Blackout. Please let James and Yang, and Beak and Redvent know that as well. Julio recalled an unidentified event that occurred in that area as he headed to his office, stating he would be right back.

Julio returned to Mary’s office as Beak and Redvent entered with him. Julio opened his drawing as Leonardo landed on it and Julio handed him a pencil as he updated Beak and Redvent. Redvent had opened his Smart Laptop as Beak was taking notes as Julio spoke. Redvent was alarmed with just how near silent that area of the World was as he compared activities 48, 36, 24, 12 and 6 hours ago to current and it was not until he set very specific normal activities next to each other that minor changes in a very specific direction could be seen. It was clear that in the deep background, Taiwan was shifting to a near full military alert. With North American forces slowly drifting in the same direction to a point, that to Redvent, it appeared practiced! He noted that several military groups had practiced maneuvers just three-weeks ago with most still not having returned to their normal deployment. Beak was skeptical of the occurrence being an accident as the very limited information had the North American aircraft flying in a standard formation with a flight plan in place and that the Chinese Bomber had dropped through the group as it quickly dissented in a flat, not a pitched down trajectory. Julio knew, but asked, what is our exposure in Taiwan today. Mary stated, zero staff, only FBO staff, plus several retired individuals and several family members. Mary stated that they could have a family reunion in Japan, as a possibility, if needed?

Chester’s phone rang and he saw that Julio was calling him, as he answered with, yes Sir! Julio asked for what reason will an aircraft of size rapidly decent while maintaining a flat trajectory? Chester stated, what he was defining is occasionally used by commercial passage aircraft that for any number of reasons need to shift from high elevation to landing without seriously scaring the passengers. The pilot would greatly reduce engine thrust and set the drag flaps on the top of the wings in the up position, over the landing gear, which is also lowered to increase drag. It is not uncommon for the Pilot to adjust those flaps to control the rate of decent. However, that maneuver requires the approval and active involvement of Regional Flight Control as the aircraft would be blind to what was under them, why? Julio cautioned Chester regarding the occurrence and updated him as to what happened. Chester stated that it would be common for a Bomber to have sighting gear, which sees below and in front of the aircraft. Such an aircraft could do that but, survive of the crew would be unlikely as the aircraft would have to be flown to assure a collision. Julio thanked him as he returned to the group with what Chester had provided him.

MY-N Eastern was preparing to enter the South African Harbor as the Skipper’s new First Mate had become practiced over the last several days as they had now visited three prior Ports and he had prepared in advance and had set the Retaliation System at rest and assured that the deck crew had prepared the wire rope on the starboard side. He saw that the Harbor Pilot had come along side and was boarding and soon would be entering the Helm as he also noted the support tug was now paralleling them. As the Skipper saw the incoming message from James defining a change in their route. He set the new route on his screen. It was clear that they would be removing everything onboard at their normal Port in Eastern Japan and taking on a full load to be delivered to Eastern Taiwan. He saw that they will have about a half load coming out from MY-N Clients with most of which they will deliver back to Japan with the balance delivered as they work their way West. As he finished his review, he noted that the Harbor Pilot was in the final preparation for setting and mooring MY-N Eastern. Shortly after the mooring lines where set, the Fueler arrived stating that MY-N Corporate requested that we top your fuel tanks off while you’re here. As the Fueler finished and was pulling away, the Provisions’ Vessel was up next and they also had received a note from Corporate as well. The Marina had set the Crane in place and where already unloading the cargo. He noted that the Marina had already set the outboard cargo containers nearby as it appeared that they had been told to quickly turn MY-N Eastern around.

The KLM 787 was in final decent into Eastern Japan. They were just a bit ahead of schedule as they turned onto the MY-N hangar paddock and where guided into place and signal to shut-down. As is commonplace the ground crew quickly began unloading the air cargo container with 283, taken directly to the rail line and loaded on a freight train head to the Port further-up the coast. They flew the short flight across Japan, where crew would stay as they had logged their flight hours, but the aircraft would continue Westward. Twelve-hours later and two-flights between them, the next KLM 787 with an extensive load for Taiwan would arrive and followed this flight’s cargo, as twelve hours after that another like loaded KLM 787 is scheduled with a total of four-shipments combining with more cargo from other shippers, which will be loaded on MY-N Eastern for a targeted shipment.

Julio received a call from the FBO Manager asking if he was expecting a Japanese Delegation, Sir? Julio double checked his schedule and stated that he was not, please delay them for 10 minutes and then bring them to my office and have refreshment provided here. Julio called Edward and asked him to run backgrounds of the Delegation that has just arrived and join them with your sidearm and escort them with the FBO Manager to my office, thank you, as he messaged Beak and Redvent. Julio doubled-checked his drawing and was putting it away as the FBO Manager knocked at the door and entered introducing the Delegation. The mid-level member of the Ambassador’s staff introduced herself and stated that they are very sorry for not following formal protocols as they are attempting to not alert anyone to any change from normal. Julio smiled and asked why they were here? The Staffer stated that she could assure Julio that she came at the direct requested of our Ambassador and to provide you specific information to our understanding of what is happening and request MY-N’s support regarding systems and equipment for a limited number of Commercial and Military aircraft and specific Vessels. We have a like Delegation visiting Samuel as we speak, as Julio checked the time and noted it. Julio stated that depending on your timeline, the only facility that has available staff would be our North America, East Coast Hangar in Atlanta as our Australian Hangar is not fully on-line with all product groups and we are at capacity at this Hangar until mid-Fall. Julio’s mobile rang as he excused himself and he answer it with, please come to my office! He looked up and told his guests that he had asked their Worldwide Security Manager to join them as Redvent knocked and entered. Julio quickly completed introductions and asked for them to continue.
