I asked the vet to make special look at his nares.Fingers and toes crossed for you and Bingo that he makes a 180 for you guys. We give our littler guy saline drops in his nares because he’s really prone to dryness and blockages that cause mouth breathing too, especially during the winter when we are running the heater non stop to maintain 75 F temps in his room (although we do also have an evaporative humidifier keeping the humidity at 45). We do it twice daily when I’m noticing a problem, and then as needed until I think he’s having issues again. He also gets fairly regular flushed at the vet. Not sure that would help in this case though, as Bingo has the elevated hemocyte issue from something going on internally I assume. Sorry for the unsolicited advice, it stinks to not know exactly what’s going on.
Maybe he’s starting to feel better? Seems like he has a lot of energy.I asked the vet to make special look at his nares.
He said they looked clear (if that means anything).
Bingo acting kinda crazy tonight .
Bingo is good at letting me know what he wants through motion and body language.
First he wanted in the window.
I put him there.
Normally it takes a food bribe to get him down in less that 1/2 hour.
He wanted backdown in 10 minutes.
I put him back with a piece of banana For a treat.
he ate a bit then wanted to go out again.
He is in a dark corner of his cage (no heater in that spot) and grinding away on his beak.
I am so glad for bingo! I hope Luna is ok as well.Yesterday Bingo’s appetite was more like normal.
He enjoyed a spaghetti dinner.
Last night was the first time he didn’t sleep next to the heater.
Still sneezing though.
Now this morning Luna had some clear discharge from her nares on her beak..
Looks like I will have to take the twins in for a checkup.
Least I can get a DNA check when I’m there.
Do you think I can take all three in at the same time?
2 different cages of course.
I agree about checking with the vet to see if they can see all three at once. My vet always said yes, but others may do things differently. Praying you can get them all in to be seen at once.Yesterday Bingo’s appetite was more like normal.

Sending all my prayers and healing wishes to Bingo, and warm feathered hugs to you, Wes.Got an apt with an exotic vet, one I have not been to before.
4 today.
Bingo been panting more and shaking his head/yawning..
getting more worried and desperate..
3:00 my time. . Bout hour and half to wait.
is close by at least.
This is the first time the vet has seen Bingo so no way for him to know if he was "picking up"Yes! This is what you need to figure things out.
Bingo may have been too sick to get this info last you brought him in. Does this vet think he’s picking up any? I am glad you found someplace to take your birds and I hope this resolves the problem.
What type of parrot is Mamba?
