Not me JT LOL I firgured it was spam but didnt want to be rude in case he wasnt.

Hey guys how did you get your birds used to each other? Mac has been trying to make his way to Sunnys cage and I havent let him get close as Id hate for one to rip the others toe off or have Mac literally eat Sunny. I was wondering do you think hed attack him? Is there a way to safely find out without putting either in harms way? Maybe move their playpens to a seperate area of the house and give them nuts or treats while they are near each other perhaps?
I think thats a good Idea. Just be vigilant[dont take any chances ] :D

Last 2 Macaws pictures are funny :) Sunny looks to have his own personality.YEAH!!!! TOYS {Im sure the birds are like, what the heck is this LOL}

Great looking hybrid!! I would love to get one someday, especially If I find one that can peak my interests. Dont know much about hybrid attitudes, but hopefully you dont have any major issues :D GL, keep us updated

So far no major issues. JT would be somewhat proud of me as I have Mac getting on the hand perch. Funny thing is my least friendly one is my B & G. Shes never really been into people like my Harley. Seems the only attention she cares for is my Harleys LOL.

EEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!! CASPER THE LAND SHARK!!!!!! I love your macaws photos, they are so stunning, but I LOVE Casper :) SO CUTE!!!!!!

Xena keeps playing with her ball and farting all over the place. My brother's gf text me last night at like 2am that she was stinking her out of the bed HAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

I hope you don't mind me sharing these on your thread!

Shes got a big head!! Big Giant eggheads LOL

This is with my dads boxer this weekend

Finally got his third parvoshots so I can start socializing him ASAP. He farts all the time too. GEEZ he reminds me of my old English Bulldog Max and his infamous gas passing. Spoke to the vet about neutering but she recommended waiting till hes about 7 months and see how his personality is then.

I take it your Rat Terrier sets the rules in the house LOL

LOL!!! THAT NOSE!!!!!

I love their dots on the ears, Xena has it too! That's great, as long as he's well socialized and around other animals and kids (which obviously he is) I have no doubt he is going to be the love of your families life which...he probably already is but I believe the key is that he is already around kids, birds, dogs and cats....you are raising a great puppy. He's the cutest thing ever!!!!!!!

Oh....LOL ...and yes.......Leia is the QUEEN! She runs the house ...the pom is the lowest on the pecking order. Poor Wickett.

Sammy is 14 this year, my grandpa passed away in Oct 2012 so now we have 4 dogs ....and Xena just adores him. The pom HATES Xena but we think it's partially because of that male we adopted from the shelter that tried to kill him multiple times :( I recently heard that he is doing well in a 1 dog only family so that makes us all really happy.

My family is going to crack up when I tell them and you even knew that Leia was the QUEEN

We have researched to let her the "miss alpha" to do and get everything first. She is a total brat to the other dogs but very very loving to us. She is in love with my dad, she greets him with toys when he gets home at night. She's a doll but we've had plenty of times now to know that she is the boss and that we need to treat her like that when it comes to feeding, treats, and when putting on harness' for walks, etc etc...she is always first.

Sorry to hear bout your grandfather :-( My grandfather passed in December. Guess we all have our day in the sun. Sammy isn't in the epics though. Poms also have that Napoleon complex LOL Xena is good with all the dogs? Parrots too? Casper and my Harley have their spats LOL Casper can be annoying and Mac is used to everyone being terrified of him which is not Caspers forte LOL

Xena was spayed at 4 months old. We have fights over cookies and dinner so it's a well balanced dance in the feeding process with 4 dogs. We do not give cookies anymore, so the dogs have all lost weight which is good! Leia doesn't look like a barrel anymore! Xena gets fed in her crate, Leia and Wickett the pom get fed together in the kitchen with the door closed, and Sammy gets fed on the deck. We also cannot give chew toys anymore. No more bones or hide chips, etc. They have tons of toys, just not the food type. So yea we do have issues but it revolves around food and we've learned what the problems are. Xena is currently in her 3rd level of dog school.

Thanks for the kind words about papa, sorry to hear about yours too.

Xena is very friendly, great at the dog park but we have the most issues with Leia since she is the boss. The poor pom, he does think he is a 200lbs dog like you said! The amazon charges Xena, wings out, beak open!!! I think only the pom has ever been bitten so far though that we know of. Chloe just likes to floof up and scare them!
