Mishka has done amazingly well, learning it all and so quickly.
Basically the training is over (just the last line to learn)

Haha, well good luck with it. I couldn't imagine trying to teach my Cockatoos any full sentences. I am happy with just short phrases lol.

Mishka began talking like most birds.
He is fortunate to have the ability to mix and match words.
When around a bird, always talk non stop, include your bird in daily conversations.

I am flabbergasted
Mishka has worked real hard learning the entire script and is saying everything they wanted him to say.
Except for two lines........
I miss my home
I miss the forest
Perhaps Mishka knows where is home is and does not want to go to home to the forest
Tomorrow they are coming to visit Mishka and collect all the video and mic recordings.

The TV crew visited us this morning they are fascinated with Mishka's progress
They never put a deadline on the completion of the advert knowing just how long it can take a bird to learn new words.
They expected it to take about 6 months for Mishka to learn the entire script, it took Mishka just over a month.
By this morning Mishka had learnt to say I miss my home, I miss the forest
He sure came through just in time
I showed them some of the video recordings they can't believe how Mishka has created his own script as well.
They took all the video and mic recordings and are going to put it together.
They asked if there was anything more they wanted to add to the script would I mind, obviously I said not at all.
Now they are talking about Mishka doing a RHINO advert AWESOME

The advertising agency called me early this morning
They have to follow procedure and had to inform the SPCA that an animal is being used for an advert and a radio commercial.
The SPCA are going to be visiting Mishka and I to check that he will not be removed from his natural environment for the training of the advert. Making sure he is happy and content and not being stressed out at all.
They can't find anything to fault as Mishka us not stressed at all and not being moved around at all.

Rob from the SPCA here in our hometown just called.

The SPCA visited earlier this afternoon to checked that Mishka is being kept in his natural environment for the learning and recordings of the Advert.
They are 100% pleased that he is not stressed or being moved around.
Of course Mishka had to get in the act, came out his cage and sat on the guys hand.
One of the guys recognized Mishka from a newspaper article when he won an International Bird Talking competition.
They actually sat here for over an hour watching some of Mishka's video's and playing with him.

Dunno if I ever told you this or not, one of my best talking birds is actually JoJo the male ekkie. His voice is clear as day and he knows how to say a lot of words. He'll stop speaking if your trying to record it though.....My next two are the Macaws, both talks all the time saying all kinds of words. But probably never as good as Mishka is though!

I did chat to Rob about the Guinness Book of World Records
He is shocked stating obviously they know nothing about the well being of birds and what is detrimental to them.
He said there is nothing they can do about it, but begged me to take it further.
