Tex's Fiancee

Ok, guys ... here's our final update on this issue ... Christy went back to the store yesterday and the birdie was gone, she was rather upset and so was I. BUT NEVER FEAR, there will be a playmate for Hamlet in the near future ... and Tracy, you will be excited about this fact, we are seriously considering a senegal ... (well, I am actually considering a Grey or a B&G) but WE are considering a senegal ... we will just have to be chosen and hopefully it will be at Parrot-Safari!

So, there is always a silver lining to each cloud ... we will find a new baby sometime soon!

Tax and Christy, I'm so sorry this little guy was gone, but as you say a silver lining, You will be chosen. It took over a year for me to be chosen but it was well worth the wait. :D And a Senegal is a wonderful bird.

I'm sorry but I'm having major problems with my fingers not typing what they should. I'm spending more time editing my posts than actually writing them. :D But hey you can edit now, :D

I am sorry to say that I actually cried when that bird wasn't in the pet store:( I guess we should have jumped for him when we had the chance, but everything does happen for a reason. Now we will have the chance to take our time and choose the perfect bird for us.

Yeah ya did ... you shouldn't be sorry about that though ... it's OK! We will find another birdie ... and this time, we bypass Gail!

I have to admit, each time I was looking for my baby Grey, and it didn't happen I cried like a baby, then I cried like a baby again when I found Kito and knew he was definately mine. :D This time though they were tears of happiness.

I think a senegal will be my next bird though I will have to wai a year or two:)

Oh yeah, that sounds good to me, :16: He's a good un really, he puts up with me and my obsession for birds, he takes it all in his stride. He's even said that once the aviary is up and running we'll look at it again. :D

welp, you need to tell him and the boy to get a move on with the aviary then ... :D

:D Oh you better believe it, It should be up and running by the summer. :D
