Looks like a good time was had by all, Julie! And great party favors! I trust you'll also be showing us the "aftermath" shots as well? There's nothing like the devastation left behind by birds who enjoy their foraging toys!
Sorry to disappoint, but there are no aftermath pics! I cleaned up the "regular" stuff around the cage, but as far as the party went, it was pretty mellow
. After all, Robin is a pretty sedate guy, and always has been. He's nothing like little cousin Griffin. It was no where near like I expected for a 21st birthday party!
So far, Robin has just looked at his new toy. He'll slowly start to investigate over the next few days or weeks I'm sure... he's not like a Macaw or Too LOL. He's really not a big toy guy, and prefers hard plastic chain to gnaw on for hours, although he does like a good shreddable now and then. I thought it would be mean to say "here's some MORE plastic chain for your birthday, I found some in the storage box" lol.

I will definitely get it together about getting my old pics converted to digital. I 'think' I know where the negatives are, and I'm just as anxious to see them again too!
Oh, that little thing next to Raven is Griffin, his friend. Robin you'd never catch sitting next to anyone, but he is about the same size only a little bigger than Griffin.
Happy happy belated birthday to the handsome boy! He looks positively charming in all of those pictures. I too second the notion that his baby photos need to resurface. And he's very lucky to have such a wonderful birdy momma like you, Julie!
