yeah IRN's have attitude and she will come to love you with time
i would say she is this years bird so she is still young. she really needs a bigger cage as soon as posible. she needs to be able to strech her wings and climb and play. and is their a vet you can take her to
Welcome-- you're in the right place. I saw in your original post that you are from Pakistan! Many here are in the US, but plenty from all over the world. It seems that in many countries the conditions that birds are sold under are quite poor, but you seem to be seeking the right path for your new avian family member by getting her a new cage and seeking support from others who are experienced. Good work! Keep us posted and as time passes post specific questions here and people will gladly answer.
Remember-- patience is 100% critical! it may take weeks or months but with the right care and attention she will bond to you.
She's a beautiful bird! We'd love to see pictures of the new cage when you get it. I found Puck a huge cage second hand, for a very good price. If you buy a used one, you have to make sure the bar spacing is right for the bird (so they cannot fit their head through the bars), and that there is no rust.
Parrots are different than dogs and cats because they are not really domesticated. Most parrots are only a generation or two or three from being wild caught (and unfortunately, some are still caught in the wild). They are basically wild animals that you have to make friends with. They are very emotionally sensitive creatures, and they need their feelings respected a lot.
It sounds like you care a lot.
