Awwwwwww as my Rosie would say. She is adorable the way she looks at the camera. Have they given you any reason she is so small? What agency are you fostering for? Sounds like she is good care. May I suggest the Phoenix Landing Parrot cookbook. It has so many educational articles and tons of wonderful ideas for birds.
