Surest way is via a DNA test from a feather. All else is a guess.

Not with Parrotlets, my friend! They're dimorphic. Cobalt blue under the wings means boy.
(This is the first time in the almost 8 years I've been here that I knew something you didn't it feels very significant

Did you know that they have 2 common names? Usually you hear them called Pacific Parrotlet, but they're also know as Celestial Parrotlet (forpus ceolestis). I prefer celestial because I think we all know that Bumble is a little angelOh, the gorgeousness!
