We received confirmation last night that Jake has a new home. They will come to meet him and take him home the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They have two rescues so he will have a brother and sister as well as loving parents.

Jake is on his way to his new home. The meeting of his new family went great!! We got to meet Mondo and he is such a sweetie!! We could not be happier for Jake as we know he has a wonderful and perfect family!! As this chapter comes to a close, we look forward to a new one beginning on the continuing life of Jake...
