I added a new food bowl and perch to Babybird's cage. I didn't realize it at the time but the location of the new perch keeps her from doing the "cage dance" while screaming that she used to do now and then.

She does fly and almost always gets out at least once and often twice a day. But I got to wondering if the cage dancing might not have been as much for exercise as to get attention.

Should I move the new perch so she can dance again?

Never steal a girls space to dance freely! :D

Adjust the cage to allow the lady to dance freely.

I'd let her do it---Mine does something similar and even though it is probably mildly-compulsive, I think i probably does allow her to burn off some extra energy- dk what she would do if she couldn't do it, but I don't see harm in letting it continue as long as it isn't causing problems.
