Extremely hormonal female Indian Ringneck and stopped talking

I am fostering a female ringneck (my elderly neighbor could no longer care for her). I've noticed extreme hormonal and nesting behavior, she's chewing on my kitchen cupboards, which I've covered. My wooden cabinet at the end of my kitchen cabinets. She's obsessed with chewing. I have not heard her say Peekaboo in a few weeks. She's out of the cage for about 6 hours per day. She has all of my attention. I've removed things that may encourage nesting behavior and adjusting her diet. She has her own room, where she sleeps at night. I'm at a loss as to what to do. Any suggestions.
