Snow at christmas, that is amazing.. We just get 40 degree heat with the hot summer sun :31:

Hence all our Australian christmas carols are:

Kelpie by my side, singing christmas songs
Its summer time and i am in, my singlet, shorts and thongs..

OH jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way..
Christmas in Australia on a scorching summers day...

 hahaha

that is awesome Tab....when I looked at the picture again, to me, the snow kind of looked like sand, so I can see why you thought that:rolleyes:

sometimes I wish it weren't cold and we had tropical temps @ xmas....I guess the grass is greener sometimes....

Big houses, makes me a little ashamed of my 2 bed terraced house in Warrington haha!

We don't do 'house' xmas decorations, because it's too expensive and we don't own the home! Will post a pic of our tree in due time though... :)

Don't be ASHAMED!....It makes no difference if your house is small or huge!.... we lived in my parents basement for 3 years,(after we were married) cause we fell flat on our faces in debt.... and it was no bigger than 10x20 room, I washed my hair in a old 1950's laundry tub, every day, or took a shower up stairs when the bathroom was free. we cooked on a wee little 2 burner portable stove, and slept on a roll out bed, and raised Tyler my son who was 8 months at the time

that is what life is....and we make the best of it!....so please don't feel that way!

I spent a month in England when I was 16, and I LOVED the homes there, big or small...all unique in their own way, with full of character, which our homes here in Canada tend to lack:rolleyes:

we had a great time, and I adored everything about England, and would love to go back someday:D

....I'll be waiting for your tree picture... ha ha
