You’re right! Haha! But Bummy prefers to bathe under the tap with the assistance of a mister bottle. I’ve only seen her bathe in a dish/bowl once-when we were in Virginia and she spent a couple of weeks in a cage too small for ANY bird (we had to make do). The dishes that came with it were about 1” square and much too small for her to fit into, so that was obviously the perfect time to bathe in the drinking water. So silly!

Kevin suffers in the heat here especially in dry season. Misting helps but he hates the bottle. I tell him to suck it up! [emoji23]

When I want to give Bumble skritches, I say, “Do you want tickle-tickles?” An sort of two my fingers together so she knows what’s coming.

Recently she’s started tilting her head when I say it. “Right here, Mom.”
