Bird ibb no such thing as shelters or breeders that actually care for their birds..
They breed their budgies all year round with no breaks

There are actually breeders who don't breed their birds all year long and will give them at least 3-4 month breaks and stop breeding them when they get to old and keep their birds till they die. and not all shelters are bad. One thing i hate people say is that kill shelters are bad and they don't support them, but the only reason the euthanize the animals is BECAUSE they aren't getting adopted. Kill shelters never say no to help and animal so they're permanently full. The only way to save those animals from getting euthanized is to adopt/foster/donate. As for shelters and birds... Shelters usually don't get donated bird stuff so it is harder to care for them. Please be kind to ethical breeders/shelter. An ethical breeder breeds to better the species and it's genes. Same with an ethical shelter. They try their best to help the animals, which sadly means that sometimes the animals who aren't getting adopted are going to be euthinezed
