I just looked up Tops pellet ingredients and they're identical. I don't know about those bird tricks people. Rebranding and making it sound like it's THEIRS? Tops must let them, which makes me wonder about them, too. Well. We're too smart to fall for Bird Tricks like THAT!I read somewhere that BT pellets are just rebranded Tops i believe it was,
Tops is behind it, allowing rebranding. Itās a partnership thing and not at all unusual across every industry in the economy. This isnāt bird tricks trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Bird tricks isnāt the only ones to do this with them, Marlene mccohen off the top of my head created her own line with tops as well. I know Iāve seen more but canāt name them off the top of my head. Possibly that creepy (my assessment) C4AW cooperative, but I could be wrong there.I just looked up Tops pellet ingredients and they're identical. I don't know about those bird tricks people. Just because everyone does it doesnt mean theres no wool pulling. Its crooked and deceitful done purposely to fool the consumer. This isnāt bird tricks trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Bird tricks isnāt the only ones to do this with them,
I'm sure all you say is true. I do think Bird Tricks is very overpriced for some things. I watched a YouTube video by bird tricks showing them making a batch of gourmet seed mix for Budgies called Blueberrys seed mix or something like that named after one of their budgies. I took note of all the ingredients they used including the brands and bought all 4 or 5 or so ingredients on Amazon for about $15 each for 16 oz bags. They charge $20 for one 20 oz bag of Blueberrys mix. I was really surprised they posted that video when all it did was lose sales for them.Tops is behind it, allowing rebranding. so BT isnāt a boogeyman for it. Consumer just needs to be aware thereās going to be a significant mark up when purchasing through such a partnership, and itās cheaper to just go straight to TOPS.
Weāll agree to disagree on the morality of this practice, which is called white labelling. Itās how supermarkets can sell their own named products (Kirkland signature at Costco, or 365 by Whole Foods or Hill country Fare at HEB). PayPal does it with companies: lets companies use the payment gateway, but rebrand it to make it look like their own internal system.Just because everyone does it doesnt mean theres no wool pulling.
