Ok, let's see what we can do with those ingredients
I'm going to assume the pulses you're refering to a bird safe but let me know what they are as well.
In the meantime, I recommend you make a small batch to try (keeping mind you said your birds only eat carrot so far) -
Start with :
1/2 cup raw grated carrot, mixed with
1/4 cup of cooked mixed pulses, rinsed well and cooled
1/4 guava, peeled, seeded and chopped finely
1 chilli, chopped with seeds (parrots looove chilli

)
When they accept this and eat it regularly, increase the guava from a quarter to a half a quava and add the following to the basic mix, each time adding only one ingredient more and giving them time to accept it -
1/4 apple, peeled, seeded and chopped finely
1/4 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup cooked cooled peas
5cm piece of cucumber (peel and remove the watery seeds before mixing with the rest).
You may have to experiment to find out what they like but this should give you a basic idea.
Don't forget to try birdie bread! I noticed in another thread you asked for something that doesn't require baking - birdie bread doesn't have to be baked in an oven. You could try mixing some veg into a wholegrain type pancake mixture and cook it on a griddle or pan on the stove.
