was flipping through old photos and i was surprised to see such a difference! they are 2 years old now, babies when i got them lol just thought i'd share

I had the same experience!! Mine are babies, just about 6 months, and going through their first molt, so I am just starting to see color changes. The brilliance is shocking, compared to the dull colors they started off with.
It's like jewel tones.

I gotta show you a pic of the birdy I almost got at Christmas...




Broke my heart when I had to turn her down. BUT I am happy with my two little clowns that I just got a month or so ago. <3

looks a LOT like my Mango i love the pieds!

and i understand wanting to add more. i would love another cockatiel or another lovebird, but adding another bird into my own flock dynamics just isnt a good idea in our home. but we can always dream i'd love a black cheeked lovebird, but alas, we're all full up and these two lovies are handful enough lol
