Umbrella Too questions

The only thing on my son's Christmas list was a Too. Tomorrow I go to check out his potential Too. She is a 5 year old Umbrella. I always check eyes, feather condition, feet, nares, keel score, vent and take my own stethoscope to listen to respirations and air sacs. I have seen many Too's with misaligned beaks or just poor looking beaks. Any one have any info they can share about Too beaks ? Also is there anything else I need to check for ? below is the picture I was sent of her, she does appear a bit under weight to me, but I can fatten her up with a healthy diet. She will be vetted ASAP.
