Ok, i have had this dream THREE times now.. and i have no idea why... i never dream the same thing, yet alone three times!
but! last night, i had this dream again...

Fargos tail FALLS off...

you know how you get those clip on ties? and you just clip them on, and clip them off :p
Fargos tail is like that, and the whole tail, just comes neatly off his body..
and its weiirrrdddd :(

ANY idea why i am dreaming about this? :p

haha well he is molting at the moment, but only alot of little feathers not his tail! :p hehe

Weird!

Although, one time I sort of had that happen. My cockatiel growing up, Lovey Dovey, was on the floor and I stepped on his tail (I was 8), and the whole thing came out!

Because you are going to do quite well in the competion you'll be in ;)

Just kidding! (Am I???)

Nah, Tab, don't read too much into weird dreams. You'll end up having to dye your hair prematurely ;)

hahaha thanks guys! :p its not a very nice dream though.. all those feathers.. gone! :p

its just usually my dreams are of me being a secret agent ;) :09:

Probably because you love him so much :)

My best friend in the whole world when I was growing up, was my dog Kace. I used to have repetitive dreams about her running out onto the road and almost being hit by a car. I loved her too much to bear the thought of it. I had her from when I was 15... I am now 31... I lost her to sudden illness a couple of years ago :(
The life span of parrots is a huge draw, its such a heartache to outlive so many pets. I will potentially have my corella for the rest of my life :)

Its because you are crazy tab!! Hahahahaha :p

You are probably just paranoid about him and his health and your worries come out in your dreams. I often have sad dreams about audrey too, sometimes I have a reoccurring dream that she dies and I get another eclectus and it looks identical to her, but it doesn't make the same sounds she makes or says the same words in the same way I end up breaking down and crying and yelling this isn't audrey! We are just really twisted people!!! :D Hahaha nah, my partner thinks my dream means that I recognize audrey as being one of a kind and an individual. Maybe yours could mean that you believe his tail feathers should have molted by now so you can keep them! :p Hahaha.

I had a weird/ scary dream last night. I dreamed my sons Too was being babysat by my mom ( I would never trust her with my birds ) and that she broke a blood feather and that my mom just let her bleed to death ! I awoke so angry and scared that I had to go check on Marshmallow ! I think it was because we had to pull a broken blood feather a few nights before when she over preened. I'm trying to get photos of her new blood/pin feathers for the forum, as they are quite visible on the Too, but she hates the camera so far.

LOL we are crazy! :p I am a lucid dreamer (I can control myself in my dreams :D) and twice now I have transformed into a GCC and flew in the wind. It was fun! :D

Hey Tab, Thingamagigs and kc_y0 are correct. Our deepest fears --and even our not so deep ones-- can, and often do, manifest in our dreams. It's the fact that those frightening things matter so much to us (subconsciously or otherwise) that our minds tend to build stories around them during our sleep sessions. But I think in most cases such frightening dreams are largely meaningless in terms of what will, or will not happen in reality. However, they can be indicators of what most concerns us. So, I'd say it's fairly obvious that you hope not to have a tail-less Fargo any time soon :smiley3:

I researched it up a bit, and then I chose a 'method' to lucid dream that I like (there are a lot). I took me about a month to be able to fully grasp it. And yeah, I have a whole journal full of dreams recorded in the middle of the night at like 3 am or whatever. :p

Lol thanks... :p But it's fun! You get to eat amazing food (take your favorite food, times it by 20, and your getting to the tip of what dream food tastes like ;)) and fly, and meet celebrities, and travel wherever through portals you make in your mind. :D Did I mention that you get to eat food?
