Somebody needs to do a graphic novel about the vast avian underworld of racketeering and debauchery. Kinda like THE DEPARTED meets SIN CITY!
I bet every one of these parrots could find their equivalent in the characters there.
I think the Rb is "Jackie Boy" in SIN CITY... before the unfortunate gun-incident, of course...
