Step up

How do i learn my GCC to step up?
He thinks my finger is food, he litterally tries to eat it.
I know about them trying to find out if something is sturdy by biting on it but that's not the case here. He's trying to eat it.

Target train him or lure him onto your hand with his favorite treat. How long have you had this bird? If he's new, give him some time to settle in before training him.
