I am too, I will look into that.
This photo was right after preening so it could be nothing
But I am going to be getting him checked out

he is very very beautiful im glad you rescued him.
I just don't notice mine sitting around fluffy.

But they often choose to nap next to my radiant heat panel.

Yeah, my other two don't either.
Many birds are just fluffy, and it's just a little quirk
But he's new, so I don't know about that yet

Maybe move cage back a foot from window ? I'm having to do that with this cold snap.
He does seem like an extra fluffy individual tho, like some English ones

Cage will be well away from window soon, that was just for quarantine. Today he will be moving into the bird room with the others.
Yup, but better to be safe than sorry.
