So here are two pictures of the baby I'm getting. She said he is 3 months. I have decided on naming him/her demi.

What a cutie! When is Demi coming home? Is he/she parent fed?

Demi is adorable!! :smile015:

And I whole heartedly agree with your friend about what she said about the cage. Holy smokes, that thing is ANCIENT, and it looks to be full of rust.

Oh my! Craycray adorbs!!!! I almost got me a green wing macaw. We went to go look at 2 babies and I so so soooo wanted to go home with one. But my other half talked me out of it and said just stick to my original plan on getting me an African Grey. Low and behold the very next day I finally found a breeder that had 2 baby greys just 3 weeks old.

Cant wait to here all about Demi and see more pics. You must be jumping in joy now =)

I am! I love him. But being parent raised for the first 3 months he isn't too kind to me yet lol. We have a long road ahead of us lol.

What a beautiful boy! You must be overwhelmed with joy to have him home! And don't fear the parent raised thing. Many people are starting to recognize health benefits later in life from birds who were fed by the parent birds for a while. Mommy and daddy bird pass on healthy bacteria that form a good, strong immune system to the babies when they feed and cuddle them:)

Got him to get on my hand after a while of trust issues lol. Good thing I had gloves on or I would probably have some bruises. Lol. The he would start flapping his wings and it was just beautiful. Lol. Sounds crazy but the wind from his wings made me smile ear to ear. Lol

Cutie Patootie! How old again?

Nice, how is the feedings going?
