So we all know how loud green cheeks can be when they put their mind to it right ?

Well. Apparently Albies contact call is loud enough that a couple of the wild birds have picked it up started using it

We were sat in the office having a quiet morning and all of a sudden we hear this t
2 tone call almost identical to albies contact call!

Has any one else experienced this ?

1. That would really freak me out, because I would think my bird escaped, if I were in the same situation xD

I wonder what wild birds where you live mimic other birds' sounds. Most birds just have their own sounds. Mockingbirds, trashers, catbirds, and, jays will mock other bird sounds.

Starlings are known to be amazing mimics and I'm fairly sure we've a couple nesting in our roof so its probably them
