our beloved Phoenix. 7/29/97 to 10/1/2012

Phoenix our minature pincher and hubby's velcro lap dog had a mast cell tumor remmoved 2 years ago but they were unable to get all of it. He has been on medication ever since Friday he got really sick and we went to the vet who tried him on a course of steroids and pain meds Mon he had started to have internal bleeding and we had to have him put down but dad got to hold him and we were both patting him. we will be picking up his ashes on Fri. WE miss him so much

i am so sorry. I lost my chihuahua (he was like my twin soul) 2 years ago to heart disease. I have 3 other chihuahuas but my Pablo is always missed in our home. I know the heartache!
I hope you feel more peace when his ashes return. I know i did (both with Pablo and with Georgie). I'm glad you got to be with him to the end and that the end was made peaceful for him.
