I'm so excited! I've been saving for a while now and was finally able to order the Beaks' new cage this morning. It's a whopper - 2m x 2m x 1m - and it has a divider to make it into two apartments if necessary. The Beaks *really* need a bigger house and Dominic desperately needs a new one. He will inherit the Beaks' 'old' house, which is perfect for him. It has horizontal bars so he'll be able to clamber about much more easily than he does in his old cage.
In the meanwhile, I'll be busy making all sorts of new (and bigger) toys for the Beaks. Oh, and figuring out a way to transport them from outside to inside for their daily out-of-cage time. Any ideas will be gratefully accepted!
