Need help choosing my pet bird.ASAP

I have a female Alex and I've known a few moustaches(though I've never had one myself). I really wouldn't have either of these birds in an apartment without discussing it with your neighbors first. Our Alex is a good talker but she can be LOUD. One of my baby parronts was here last week and I asked her how she deals with having a sun conure, then my alex started yelling, she said the alex is way louder and just about the same pitch as her sun, just not quite as high, but close.

Actually my neighbours are pretty cool about it coz we have wild IRNs [not proper IRNs size wise the smaller versions of them] flying pass our windows and they go like "keeeeeeee-keee-keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee".

I just have to spend some time with the breeder and then I will finally decide if a Mustache is for me.

Guys I am really sorry but I need your views about this ASAP

The breeder I am buying the bird from doesnt have a less than 5 month bird that I want . . a GCC .

My options are . . .
GCC
Blue IRN
Jenday conure

I am going to get a IRN if only he lets me scratch his head . . I figured out talking is just a luxury . . I want some one who loves to cuddle.

Now the breeder doesnt have a GCC but he's getting one after 3 months . . [I want to buy a bird from this guy only as he was very frank and gave me all details and wasnt like "trying to sell a bird" kinda breeder.]

So I am confused should I wait or get a Jenday ?

Now my opinion of a Sun Conure is LOUD.
So as they look similar . . is the Jenday also LOUD ?

[Keeping in mind i will be able to spend atleast 3 hrs [3 perfect hrs] and more than 6 hrs [while I do my hw nd other stuff I will keep him outside near me]]

So what should I go for ?
Are GCC and Jenday almost similar ? [btw i loved Jenday's colour over GCC]
Also if the IRN lets me cuddle him I am going to buy him so will I make a mistake over the Jenday [coz Jenday's talk too and I am fine with the muffy tone ]

I had a Jenday quite a few years ago... and Boy was she LOUD!! I can only describe it as an Earpiercing, deafening screech :11: This went on for hours every day!!
