Skylala, I loved your harness video! I think it's a great idea for us to put videos of our own attempts and techniques up, much as Ronel did earlier in this thread. Very helpful for people who are just beginning.
Your approach is quite similar to mine with Maya and Jolly, save that I've never tried it on a flat surface (always on a perch, but definitely worth a try.) and I use less treats. Well... at that stage, anyway.
With Maya, it's when I'm trying to get the harness off (after putting it completely on and around the wings as well) that I have to start handing out treats like a pez dispenser. My fault, really. My movements just aren't efficient enough when loosening the strap at the buckle, which makes the removal process take longer than it should. I'm working on it, and in the meantime Maya is putting up with my fumbling maneuvers. The extra distractions of the treats help, though. Hahaha!
