I just HAD to drag this thread up here because last night we went to see Josh Groban in concert. :smile015: :smile015:

THIS was our view. We were ground level, 13th row. :D

This is one of the many songs he performed, and yes, my eyes did a whole lotta sweating. :54:

It's 'Let's dig up an ancient thread' day. :54:

What kind of music do you all listen to??? Since we have SO many new members since this was last updated, I would really like to broaden my horizon....so please.....show and tell???

For me it's currently (still) Nate Ruess. Nope, I'll never grow up. :09:

We saw him live last year (again), and boy, he did NOT disappoint. :D

Here's an ultra short clip from our concert, followed by one of my favorite songs.

Oh my gosh, I simply LOVE music! I listen to it constantly and with everything I'm doing. Basically, the only time I don't listen to it is when I'm sleeping. haha It also helps me when I'm having a hard time as it is a form of outlet and therapy for me in a way.

I can like anything but I tend to lean towards rock and pop. Especially rock. I adore music that is about life in general.

It's so hard to pick just a few! I have so many favorites!

My husband and I saw Josh Groban a few years ago here in San Diego. He was awesome!!!

My daughter and I just saw YANNI last weekend. Don't know if you like YANNI, but if you do, go and see him! He is doing a world tour right now and may be in your area. It was the by far the best concert I have ever had the pleasure of seeing so far. March 30th is Il Volo. The 3 Italian young men. Looking forward to that concert as well. :22:

My favorite? Pirate music, what else? For a taste, YouTube thebrigands and you'll hear a lot of songs from my band, The Brigands. Fans have posted dozens and dozens of live performances. Some very salty music, indeed.

LOL I hope you get tickets.. I was so surprised that they didn't advertise his concert here very much, but it was sold out when we went.

You should see all the tabs I have open at the moment, Wendy! AC (best seats) are sold out. Now I'm looking in PA, which isn't too far away. I am determined to get GOOD seats, damnit! :D .... and I'm trying to get a hold of my husband while doing all this since he'll be paying for the tickets since he'll be accompanying me (unbeknownst to him as of yet) .... :54:

Country. Specifically old, real country. There's some good (few) newer artists as well, but the classics can't be beat!

George Jones
Hank Williams Sr
Hank Williams Jr
Merle Haggard
Waylon Jennings
Johnny Cash
Jamey Johnson
Whitey Morgan
Cody Jinks
Sturgill Simpson
Montgomery Gentry
George Straight
Trace Adkins
Charlie Daniels
Mark Chestnut
Willie Nelson
Gary Allan
Clint Black
Travis Tritt
Joe Nichols
Dwight Yoakam
David Allan Coe
Chris LeDoux
John Anderson
Clay Walker
Craig Morgan
Jason Michael Carrol
Ray Scott
Frank Foster
Chris Stapleton

And more I will probably think of later.

Wendy, that is me with the fiddle, and my 2 sons and their uncle. The Brigands.
