I sent Cairo's feathers from Singapore into the US just fine. I put them in a ziplock baggie, slipped that baggie between the folds of a paper, and placed it in a letter envelope. It's lightweight, so they treat it like it's just a letter being mailed. I did pay extra to be able to track it, but otherwise, nothing different. And I sent 2 large outer wing feathers in addition to his little body feathers haha

Full disclosure, that cartoon is actually a total coincidence and not a response to my plushies. But it does make me want to send them a Chicken plushy as thanks for all the laughs. I just love the Chicken Thoughts cartoons.

I also love chicken thoughts comics, they are so accurate. So I got tons of feathers from Jacob now, I do plan on getting a plushy made with them, I just need to wait till I can afford it. Some guy called Bill keeps taking my money. Also need to save up for a few things including Christmas gifts. Can't wait till I can get my very own plush Jacob made out of Jacob feathers so I can keep part of him forever. I will never let Jacob touch plush Jacob as he'd destroy it so fast. I might not be able to get one for a while but I really want one. I might just ask my mom that it be my birthday gift (In February).

As for now she has no idea I've been collecting Jacob's feathers since I adopted him (in April). I plan on putting all the feathers in a Christmas card and saying it's from Jacob. Once she opens the card I will make sure I'm nearby so I can blow them all over the place... Then tell her once they are scattered everywhere that I have plans for them and that she needs to pick them all up (it will probably be me picking them up seeing as I'm the one who wants them for the plushy, lol). I'm sure once my mom finds out what I'm planning to do with the feathers she will totally be on board with it. Jacob is her baby as much as he's mine.
