Moderators - add new smiley?

I made up a new smiley ( ?) of a yellow shouldered amazon , like Salty, that I would like added to the list of available ones that show below when added a new message. How can I get it listed there?

We have 'toos, and BFA, macaws, lovebirds, canaries, parakeets, red fronted, ... I want my YSA !!!

Can I send the GIF file to one of you moderators? Please !

This is not something Moderators can do.

Only Administrators have the ability to do this.

We'd be happy to put in a request for you (or anyone else who wants emoticons added), however, we cannot guarantee it will be done.

Wrench, you can post your smiley of the YSA right here in this thread.

Again - we (the moderators) cannot guarantee it'll be added to the database, please understand this.

I like emoticons just as much as the next person, including .gifs. There are many sites that allow you to directly embed one into the reply on a forum.
Here's one I often use: Free Smileys :: Animated Emoticons and Smiley Faces (sorry...no parrot emoticons there as far as I know)
