Male or female budgies?

Hello! I have 2 budgies, each 9 months old. I know about thr cere color (blue/purple or pink) as well as their feet. But I also read that white rings around nostrils can also mean female in young budgies. My hunch is that the green and yellow (Ziggy) is male and blue (Kai) is female maybe? Could also be male.
