Just got a call from the vet :/

When I took Sydney in a week ago they took him in the back to draw blood. I got his sexing in about 3 business days. Dane with the lab report, but they actually emailed me the reports and the doc called to go over them.

I agree Sophie will always by my baby weather a boy or a girl :) dont make much differance really. Im just happy we cought her sickness as soon as we did and got her help and are on the path to a brighter road !

She is starting to want to eat everything now. The trick i do make her eat pellets is i make like im going to eat them and she will take them from me and eat them LOL. She isnt into sharing :/

I think the first vet took sophie in the back, looked for "boy parts" and didnt see any so they declared it a girl! :)

So my Husband has a few names he likes LOl
1 -- Loki
2 -- Elvis
3 -- Ozzy

Not sure how Sophie will feel but we will see !

So you decided to change his name?
All of those names are cute, but Elvis has a certain ring to it. I was reading somewhere that someone had a bird named Elvis, and every time he left his cage he would say,"Elvis has left the building".
:)

not really, My husband has choose to change his name ....... :31: i cant get over calling him Sophie LOL

Personally if the bird knows his name and has had the name for years I'd stick with it. He probably doesn't mind :)

That is a strange story. I didn't know that when a bird is allready tested that they can be wrong.
I would find it a very strange feeling when you are first sure Sophie is a girl and the next you here Sophie is a boy. I don't know, I always see my birds as a he or a she. Don't know why.. :)
