Help Please?

I just recently acquired 2 cockatiels. A male and a female both 5 years old. The female is an egg layer. Yesterday she had 3 and today she has 4. But she's not sitting on them. I know males do that too but neither of them have any interest in the eggs. What do I need to do? I'd hate to throw them out I dont know that I could bring myself to do that. So does anyone have any advice as to what I need to do to either get them to sit, or anything I can do for the eggs?

My greenie didnt sit on hers till they were all laid and then she stayed on them for hours every day..She just lost interest in them this week...If those are fertile you may have some babies soon, how cool is that.

I was told by everyone here not to remove the eggs till she lost interest or she may lay a second clutch.So she still has them in her cage.I will probably throw them out tomorrow since she isnt sitting anymore.
