Can anyone recommend a good cage for a single English budgie? Something on the economical side but not too cheap and shabby. A nice comfortable home. And what bar spacing is acceptable? Thank you.

This is a really nice cage, but it is pretty big for a single budgie. However, that gives the birdie plenty of room to roam! :)

I am considering this one. I would get rid of those perches and replace them with nicer ones. What do you think?

^This is a great cage! It has 1/2 inch bar spacing which would be perfect.

I have 2 English budgies in this cage:

Yea, I think that is the same cage...and I bet you are going to want another budgie:)

If you want a vision cage I'd get the bigger one.

That larger one, or the taller one?

I like the reviews for the vision cages. The only thing I don't like are the price of the stands....I haven't decided yet.

I have a Vision cage and I don't use it. I find it hard to clean and get into. Some of my friends have them and love them, but it didn't work for me very well:(

What size...maybe I can buy it from you. Shipping may make it not worth it.

Yea, I don't think shipping would make it worth it, you would be better off with a new one. It also has some scratches on it (we got it with some finches).
