Thought I’d share my recipe, my birds get this a part of their dinner 3-4 days a week. Other days they get other breads.
Recipe:
Dry ingredients:
1/3 cup pellet powder (I used TOPs)
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 coconut flour
1 tbsp. Ground flax
1 tbsp. Coconut flakes
1 tbsp. Rolled oats
1 tbsp. Whole flax, chia, and hemp triology.
1 tbsp. Herb mix from Twin Beaks.
1 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp. Bee pollen
1 tsp. Each of several flowers: Chamomile, hibiscus, rose hips.
Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup chop
1/2 cup water
1 egg (No shell)
2 tbsp. Chopped strawberries
I greased a glass casserole pan with coconut oil, and cooked for 30 min. At 350°F
