My birds used to fall into the category of the 75% the neglect part anyways but they don't anymore I changed that when I grew some sanity and I'd never ever ever ever make that mistake again but then again, I was a dumb 9-year-old who thought She had better things to do in life and now I'm smart and I love birds now and I strongly advocate for them.
