I'm glad Pea is doing so well. Popeye was super quiet for about three months, he was afraid of everything and spooked easy. He would step up and then shiver, we let him set the pace. Umbrella body language is so different from other species, it's more like watching a monkey. I remember I was absolutely delighted when Popeye started making noise and playing. I didn't know what he would do with the costumes, but to him it was just a new game. Popeye also loves his toys, especially paper to shred and any toy with soft wood.
