I have a 10 month old grey... A real sweet thing (only to me though) Her (not DNA sexed) names Red... Her feather colors getting a lot darker. In the last month she's got a lot of dark grey feathers particularly around the neck. A few feathers on her wings are darker now.
Is this normal? (And I'm just going nuts) or
Am I missing something in her diet?

Looks like a serious case of young Parrot molting process! It is not unusual for variations in colors in early plumage. And, They Know That It Screws With There Human's Mind. :D

Web Search Pictures of young Grey's and that should help in your seeing the kind of variations they can push.

Have Fun!

Agreed it's the first big moult it can go on and off for some months.
