Cockatiel with red eyes

Hello! I have a pic attached below of a cockatiel (it’s not mine) and was wondering if anyone knows what the redness around and in the eye mean in that pic? Is it conjunctivitis or something ?

I’m taking him tomorrow, hopefully it’s nothing life threatening.

It will honestly kill me if it’s something super chronic or dangerous fingers crossed that if something is wrong then it can be treated with antibiotics or something.

If chlamydiaosis it is treatable and tgey will recover. Just takes a long treatment do to it going dormant but they stsrt feeling a lot better ten days in.
