Curry leaves for birds

Hello, I have a 2 year old male cockatiel named Kiko.

I wanted to ask if curry leaves are safe for birds? My mom dries curry leaves and uses them to cook food and I was thinking Kiko might like them dry because they get kinda crunchy like chips and he loves all foods crunchy. I also heard from someone that coriander is not safe for birds? I’ve been giving it to Kiko and he loves it. Should I stop?
