oh and the grey will only be in here while we are at work and possibly at night tho we are looking into the benefits of a seperate sleeping cage.

my wife just brought up a good point. that cage is very tall, what about aggression isssues from an adopted bird that is always higher up than us?

Thats a great Cage God :) I wouldn't worry about aggression issues with it being Tall... just put the perches at different levels.. I am sure a Grey would be very happy in that lovely Cage :)

That is a very nice cage.

That will be very small once you get all the toys and perches in. We got 2 of the Kings ELT3628 cages for the Ekkie and Grey which I still think are on the small side and don't leave much room for large toys.

Great cage and I don't see a height issue so wouldn't worry about it. I think parrots are more apt to feel insecure and vulnerable when they are kept too low. They do after all roost in trees to avoid predators. This cage isn't so tall that you can't deal with it. Maybe don't let the bird play on top of it until you know him well enough to get him off without a fight,

and by the way it looks like were going to get a timneh. I wanted to adopt but all the shelters around here are too far away and wont adopt to us cuz were out of there home visit range. so were gonna find a breeder and buy a timneh. ( hate to admit it but im kinda excited to be buying a new baby)

Thats great news :) Your new TG will love that Cage :) I have seen this Cage and there is loads of space in it!

I don't want to discourage you from getting a corner cage, but make sure you have the space for it, because we had one and i didnt realize how many corners we really didnt have and then the space to pull the tray out~ good luck
oh btw our corner cage was must bigger
