Bumble took a good long soaking bath last night - the first in quite a while! And she wore herself out and took a little nap on my hand. What good thing did I ever do to deserve the trust and love of this tiny, amazing little being?

that wet picture omg! She looks like a newly hatched velociraptor. I didn't know the skin around her eyes was blue thats so cool

LOL usually the rest of her matches her eye. She just looks super grey when she’s wet!

How is the Momma doing at this time?

Nothing but LOVE, HUGS, and PRAYERS for you both.

The Momma is great. I feel better than I have in years. The post-radiation scan leaves a little room for concern, but until I know more about that I’m not going to worry.

Thank you for the love, hugs, prayers. I’ll take all I can get of all three!

The day is always better with a little bumble-ing!!!
The weather been all over the board here.
Julio has days where he clearly is inviting a half-dozen friends over and others where not a single feather is offered.
And, odd year, and an odd molting season...

Weather has been odd here too. We are finally in to our normal constant rain, but we had a lot of nicer, dryer days until just last week. She’s been dropping feathers here and there lately, but this morning it was a storm. She was sitting on me as she preened and I swear she was flinging them at me as they came out! Haha! Little princess.

Last week I was finding Amy's sleeves everywhere,now it's a floof storm from BB. We went from 75 degree's last week (a full week of it) to mid fourty's now...must be playing havoc with the fid's internal system

The molt seems to be calming down in this household. However it is still like living in a running cotton gin.

Bumble wants to wish you all a Happy St. Patrick’s Day (okay it’s a little late). Here she displays a beak and face that have food on them and a little shamrock for your enjoyment. Her new favorite thing to do is chew on whatever I cut with my Cricut. Easy toys!!
