Awwwwwwwww they're so sweet, I'm surprised you get any work done at all with them around!Working from home with two parrots makes work seem less like work.
They help keep my stress level down, plus working from home can be pretty isolating and they keep me company. Best coworkers I’ve ever had!Awwwwwwwww they're so sweet, I'm surprised you get any work done at all with them around!![]()
I leave my mic on mute and have treats ready in case I have to speak for meetings like that. I do take calls from people seeking technical support and they do at times hear the birds but its never really an issue. They might ask what kind of bird and then end up telling me about their own which has happened a few times.Do the help w video conferences? My CAG, can sense when my daughter is having one. She's got 2 choices; Endure yelling, screaming of snarky statements, names etc or allow feathered and quiet observer. She enjoys watching the different coworkers.
The ringneck will at times fly onto the keyboard while I’m typing and run across it but thankfully doesn't chew it. Its my cup of pens shes after she won’t leave that alone to the point where I end up removing it from the desk for a period of time each day. I just try to have a bunch of toys out to distract them. The only downside to them helping you work is that they chew the keyboard and send weird messages to your boss and co-workers! (or in my case, get footprints all over my paper when they talk through the paint... OY!)
