Christa is banned for getting partial opinion: there are places where halloween is being celebrated in Poland. More and more, you can meet disguised kids walking from house to house, trick-or-treating. There are carved pumpkins here and there, and other "scary" items (spiders/masks/etc). So probably it depends on particular location in the country. But it's not long-living tradition here (traditionally we do celebrate "all saints' day", where people go to visit their relatives graves to light a candle and have a prayer).
