Well, my wife decided we needed a perch for the living room. Bacca had been alternating between a little PetSmart playground and just standing on top of the travel cage (which is now going to be the vacation house cage now that we've got the Pak-o-bird as the travel cage). The perch is a modular design so that it can be reconfigured (which my wife has already done twice. Each 2" section has either a ladder rung, a threaded inset for a perch, or an arm to hold a food/water bowl. It's all on a 5/16" threaded rod with a hand knob at the top to allow it to be disassembled easily. The base is just a sheet of maple veneer plywood (though I'm looking for a round table top which I think will look nicer). All the rest of the wood parts are poplar.

There are 21 pieces with ladder rungs, three perches, 2 food/water bowl holders and 7 or so blanks.
