So the last bird bread I made was the Harrison's mix, and it was....ok. Very boring. So taking some tips from this forum I made my own.
Organic cornbread mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
Water
1/2 cup Harrison's high potency superfine
1/3 cup hulled organic millet
1/3 cup bee pollen granules
1/2 cup of grated zucchini (from my garden)
2 tbsp maple syrup
Baked at 375 for 15 minutes
Wasn't sure how it would turn out, but to my surprise its really good, WAY better than the Harrison's one, which had a very coarse texture. All 3 had fresh warm bird muffin for dinner, and it was a huge hit. I out some in the fridge, and the rest in the freezer.
